I would like express my disappointment by the service I received from Wandile from the Avbob Durban Life Insurance branch. I went to submit my surrender documents on the 29th of October and till today I have not received the money. I went to the branch today on the 11th of November and he told me he has sent the email to the person who is working on the case. When I call the call center I am told there is no claim that was submitted by the branch yet he told me the claim was submitted. Wandile seemed not to care that I need the money as I asked him if this will be rectified by Friday and his answer was "we will see". I would like to complement Shaun Nyoni from the call centre who did his best to ensure I am assisted, he called the branch and requested the documents and processed my surrender. Avbob needs more staff like Shaun.
On the 19th of May my siblings and I visited Spur Pavilion, after having our meal we paid and the waiter wrote my rewards card number on the bill. I was expecting to get an update via email of my points but nothing came through. After 2 days I decided to call the customer care line and I was told to email the proof of payment and that was very inconvenient for me and I didn't understand why cos I always visit Spur and the points came through after my visit without any hussle. I emailed the transaction history to customer care on the 22nd of May and didn't even receive any acknowledgement of receipt and till today I'm still waiting. What a bad service from Spur Pavilion even when we were there the service was not good we waited too long for the food but we did not complain. I am very disappointed with Spur 😥
I would like to express my disappointment with ticket pro, I went to Spar early in the morning at 7:30 and were told tickets were not released yet. I went to work and kept on trying and the app said there is no event for the 5tj of Oct. This kept on happen until after 1 pm when it's eventually showed the event but was now saying tickets are sold out. As an Orlando Pirates fan I am very disappointed as I will not be able to go support my team at the stadium due to ticket pro's mistake. Next time can there be a limit on the number of ticket each person can purchase whether online on at the store outlets.
On the 9th of July I visited Pick n Pay at The Workshop Durban. Wile I was swiping my card for payment the cashier was busy underneath the till looking for a R5 she lost and accidently switched of the till. I had already put my pin and got sms confirmation from my bank that the transaction went through and was only waiting for the till slip. I had to wait almost and hour for the till to switch on and for them to check that the transaction did go through. I was told it did not go through and had to re-swipe my card but 3 days later to my suprise the transaction of R165. 53 was showing twice on my statement. I went back to the store and spoke to a manager by the name of Malcom who promised to sort it out and provide me with a refund once he has spoken to their head office. He asked me to email my bank statement of which I did and till today I have not received my refund. When I went to the store again he told me he sent everything to headoffice and was under the impression I was refunded. He took down my number again and promised to give me a call the following day once he has done a follow up. Till now I have not reveived a call from him. I am very dissapointed with the service I have received from Pick n Pay, even though the transaction was for a small amount but it is still my money and it was not my fault to begin with.
I bought orange lounge suit for R20000 last year in June, it's only been a year and the stiches are tearing apart. When I emailed tbem tbe puctures they are telling me they will not repair coz it's my fault. How can tearing of stiches be my gault and ir's only on tbe 2 sitter the other couches are okay. I will never refer any one to Su casa we pay so much money for what?
