Very comfortable flight in comfort class
Very comfortable flight in comfort class. The flight attendance staff is a bit old fashioned, but confident and pleasant. The food from departing Johannesburg was OK, the food on board the flight from Atlanta was not so good, but it's more important that one arrives safely and punctuality at once destination

new addition (food and entertainment court)
The new addition (food and entertainment court) is quite nice, some areas need attention though. Other than that you can usually find most franchise or chain stores. Also the new Cine Prestige is quite nice

Best combination of stores
Best combination of stores, Clothing, music, sport, hardware(builders opening soon),gaming, book shop, jewelers, food. The inside revamp is great. May I add though that the bathrooms are often out of soap though

Brilliant shopping experience and free delivery service
Brilliant shopping experience! We ordered 5016 Nitrile gloves for Helen Joseph Hospital for the Bidvest campaigns and 335 000 of the 3ply surgical masks, the department is happy, we were assisted by Precious and Sylvester at their Midrand depot. Service much appreciated. Well done Portesa. Well done again Midrand guys. Great company their work has well improved, their free delivery options worked well for Bidvest, and the Health department.

Brilliant shopping experience!
Brilliant shopping experience! I find it easy to get lost after the new revamp, but it feels comfortable walking through a "new", clean mall. PLEASE just sort out the lifts and their labelling. I saw at least 5 groups of people riding the lifts up and down unable to get to the level they actually wanted to be on.
