KFC Sunvalley, get it together
Not fast food. Have not been to this KFC drive through once where they didn't tell us to wait in the parking lot for food. No matter how busy, you could be the only car in the queue, as soon as you paid you must go wait parked for food. It's unreasonable as most of the time there's not even parking due to being situated at a busy petrol station. Staff are patronizing, unhelpful and unfriendly

Always out of stock
Krispy Kreme Sun Valley Shopping Centre always seems to struggle with stock availability, which can be quite disappointing. Every time we visit (4 times in November alone), there are either no mini donuts at all and very limited options, even for the regular donuts. Mini Bytes are also consistently unavailable. It’s surprising to arrive at 11 am and find no stock, when querying the best time to come to get stock, staff mentioned that items sell out by 8 am—the mall only opens at 8am so there's clearly a problem. We've left numerous times with empty hands due to availability, and have a number of friends experiencing the same. It might be worth reviewing the projected sales or ordering process to better meet customer demand.

Impossible to get through to someone that can help
I have spent more than R200 airtime today trying to get in touch with your Premier Credit card fulfilment department. I have been sent from pillar to post, to simply get my card activated that I was pre-approved for, and have received in the mail. It is impossible to get through to your Credit Card Fulfilment through the banking app. I have been actively trying to sort this out with you guys since 8am this morning. This is pathetic.

Best dental experience ever
I am incredibly impressed by the service of this dental practice. I have always been very scared of a dentist and the possible judgement that goes with it. Dr Shih is terrific. I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist, and can recommend Kromboom Dental Centre to anyone that has an absolute crippling fear of a dentist. I'm actually excited to go back, which is a first for me!
