I would like to express my dissatisfaction about a terrible experience I received from Zanele at Nedbank Mall of the south. I went there to enquire about a reversal I didn’t even finish when this lady cut me off, as I was trying to explain myself she left me there talking, no attempt to assist or clarify just left with an attitude. This is no way to treat clients, regardless of the pressure each an every client or person is an opportunity for business to Nedbank, if she does not want to deal with people then she must have chosen the wrong career This needs to be addressed with this lady as a matter of urgency
I would like to give Boitumelo Letshabo a compliment for her great customer service. This lady took her time to explain and ensure that I understand, in my experience she went above and beyond in trying to resolve my query I normally have the worst experience when dealing with Multichoice call center agents but Boitumelo Letshabo changed my view about multiple for the best, she deserves to be celebrated and recognized, well done Boitumelo Keep it up

I would like to Commend Kutlwano Makheta for her, prompt response and patience with my query. After sending an email I expected to receive a response after 24hrs however it was not the case as exactly 5 minutes after I sent an email I received a call from her assisting me until the matter was resolved. She deserves recognition
I received the best service from Sinazo Phillip, She listened to my frustration and assisted me with my query further she well represented DSTV on a Friday afternoon when most people are impatient with Customers. Because of her I am keeping my contract with DSTV and will definitely recommend it to everyone Thank you Sinazo
I normally do not have the greatest of experiences at the Post office when I want to renew my license disc however, I want to recognize a gentleman by the name of Siya at the Randburg Post Offices for his excellent service, explained and assisted me in every step and ensured that I understand everything, very calm, down to earth and willing to assist. Big ups to Siya SA post office needs more people like you
I would like to Thank Mpumelelo Khaba from the R82 apartments for the wonderful, effortless experience he gave us. I always read about customer orientation and never had the experience when dealing with sales consultants but in this instance Mpumelelo gave us the 1st hand experience. The manner in which he treated we even forgot that he has other customers to attend to because he made us feel like we are his number 1 priority, i'm definitely sure all his other customers feel like that. Thank You Mpumelelo Khaba for the wonderful experience, I will definitely recommend you to my family, friends and collegues.
I am fully disappointed in the way the Managers mistreat people at Spar in Dordrecht. 1. The COVID-19 health protocols are not entirely followed. PPE’s are there just because it has to be there. 2. The level of disrespect towards customers, especially African customers, and employees by management is absurd. I don’t know whether is it still racism or what. 3. If you are not White or Afrikaans speaking consumer then you are just an ornament. In conclusion this shop is not worthy to be called Spar.
