The worst experience with this company. I have been waiting for installation since the 07 January. I have been sent from pillar to post. Nobody cares. No feedback just rude consultants on the phone... Very annoyed
MTN is the worst service provider. I took a month-to-month contract home internet service. I cancelled in February 2025, and the router was collected on the 17th of March because the MTN shop in Rosehill (Port Alfred). The bill keeps going up and it will mess up my credit score. They keep asking of i got an IRMS number.They keep sending me from one agent to another. I am not getting any joy.
I have paid up my Lewis account on the 30 April 2025 and I need my paid-up letter. Lewis has sent them the letter, but they do not want to issue it to me. This company is telling me that they cannot issue me the letter because, they (I mean they) havent paid over the money to Lewis. They will only issue me once they pay Lewis. They only to pay overs on Mondays. They had a Monday of the 5 and 12 May but they chose not to pay. How is it that this is now my problem as I have paid up and only request my letter. Why do their internal processes now affect me?I am losing out on a good deal because of their stinking terrible service. Their service is terrible with agents full of bad attitude. The agent has the decency to tell me that even next week there is no guarantee that I will get this letter with a very rotten attitude. How is it my problem that they havent paid over??? I have sent the POP already on the 30/04/25
CVToolspro.com charged my card with R599.99 on the 7 February without my consent. I paid the once-off fee and never signed up for an annual subscription. I also did not store/save my card details on their site so they must have saved it in the background for future use. Refund my money and cancel this debit order.
This is the worst service.At this point I am annoyed with this company. I have been waiting for my geyser to be fixed since I moved in on the 01 August.. There is a lot of things that need fixing but no one cares.I have sent you emails but I never got a response from you.When I call you I get all sorts of promises but you never deliver. All the while you are expecting me to pay your rent on time. Fix this urgently or I will be taking it further…Unit46
If there is one company that has the worst customer service,it definitely has to be Pineapple insurance. They are sending me from pillar to post and yet I am a third party in the insurance claim.
Made an arrangement with Ravan, their consultant on the 6th Jan to pay the outstanding arrears of R6029.37 in 3 months as we all had a tough 2020.But today I got a call from their collections department that I must pay the money all at once(rude manner). When I try to call this Ravan person I cant get hold of him the last call made I held for more that 30 minutes. The service sucks and I would not advise anyone to ever use their services they are the worst. So when has this arrangement changed? Someone call me.
