Albertinia hotel dissapoints
A very dissapointing lunch at Albertinia hotel garlic snails with about 2 tables****s of garlic butter so that u have to add on another bowl of garlic butter at extra Cost standard has gone down on certain food banger and mash where banger made US run to bathroom fried fish with lot of bones not fillets at all refusing US to order a kids portion for elderly not so hungry person not impressed at all

Pay for order dobt receive it
Take a lot has my money and my dog food order over R1000 due to their own mix up no one delivered on said date i get told its at some other warehouses yet it showed its at mosselbaai that morning now i was told on friday 2 t 3 working days i wil get it but still nothing i am now forced to buy more dog food till i hear from them i have no words for this disgusting service !!! Never again qill i buy dog food again the first time the food was moulded i should have learnt

Take alot sent me a message my delivery today 26 1 2024 but no one came no phone call no nothing i needed my dog food urgently they are so unprofessional false advertising ect ect i am disgusted!!!!!! Waited the whole day !

Take a lot take toooooo long
Delivery on saturday i got one item but was forced to pay cash up front for rest of order for the monday if i didnt pay upfront i had to give back what the guy brought on saturday i seeing that i needed the dogfood ei paid for mondays delivery on Monday they come but one item is missing i get told issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours im still waiting absolutely no response they owe me money and i dont want credit seeing i paid in cash now its 8 days since first delivery really pathetic Take a Lot

Again you fail liberty life
Pension fund not paid out : After numerous calls emails ect still no documental proof from lib life why policy money cant be paid out again i say the staff isnt properly trained and it seems neither is the directors making decisions because they do not know the law and they will not give proof to why they wont pay out a pension policy over and overr the same story i say where is your documents and no answer and no documents such a terrible company handling such big amounts of the public money

I bought a mexican pizza yesterday it didnt liok at all like their picture on their facebook page it had one tables**** of mince 4 slivers of green pepper and 3 small slivers of chilli no sauce or cheese visible on the base the most disgusting pizza for R155 they should be ashamed
