Capitec is a big scam. They have decided to debit on my account on the 20th just because they felt like it after I have spoken with their consultant that I'm only getting paid on the 25th and that was the agreement we had we them. The money that I was supposed to use it for my kids and transportation it gone. They also have a nerve to say the account is in arrears after I have sent an email that if the debit date falls on a holiday then they can debit on the 23rd which will be this coming Friday After paying this loan I'm going to move from this bank this is unethical
What a bad customer service I had received from this company from yesterday I spoke with 5people non of them were helpful Thabang, Frederik, Sipihiwe👏Romeo nd Lunghile they would end the chat while I'm still asking questions about the money that was due to me R848 it took me from yesterday nd today to try and get my money back with no luck. They really don't take their customers
Cell c insurance people don't like to service people, I've trying to insure my phone that I got as a gift it's been 2 weeks every day it's a different story. Why is it so difficult to insure a phone that was not purchased by myself and the person who bought it also was told he can't insure two phones under his name. What kind of a service is that.. Argg
My name is Thapelo, i am very disappointed and feel robbed of what is due to my mother who is a surviving spouse my father passed on in 2018 October because of TB he got sick for a very long time, nd we claimed for compensation funds from tshiamiso Trust in 2019 as its the third party in regards to assist beneficiaries to claim for mine works of which my father was one of them To my surprise that today 1/4/2022 i received a call informing me that the claim was declined because their findings were not showing my father died because of TB. Then the question was to the lady who called me what was the course of my father's death she then acted as if she couldn't hear me then eventually she dropped the call on me. I want Justice for my father death, what does the medical report say the one that Thiamiso trust people have? nd where did they get those results from as my father was hospitalized in 3 different hospitals if i am not mistaken on different occasions but same sickness. My father was serving at Anglo gold Mine for 20 years and this is the reward he gets, i need proof
#WIN I phoned in last week to cell c wanted to know my instalment this month as I have taken a new contract with them in July , what an excellent service I received from the guy who helped me with the bill explaining each amount am being charged for with VAT and Exc VAT ,pity my memory is so bad I cant remember his name
I recently took a phone contract for my Brother Huawei P smart 2021 , its nice indeed he was happy about it. as I was worried about how am I going to pay for this phone because it cost R329 monthly the consultant told me about this great deal they have , after the first debit order goes off I can actually Downgrade my package but still keep the same phone Oh my God , I was so excited
So Cell C is not going to call me on my cell to explain what happened to my night data this was escalated last week tuesday until today no one has called to explain .i am sitting here with a ref number and i am not going to waste my time and do a follow up. they must do their job and deliver as they promised ,yeer cant wait for this contract to end mxm
So Cell C is at it again with their games. I've received my billing statement on Wednesday and I'm being over billed they have charged me for bill protection i don't know about and i didn't receive that on the same contract i was complaining about few weeks ago.. I spoke with Ron Duze on Wednesday he said he will escalate it to billing department turn around time 24 hours today and i requested the reference for the escalation he gave me the ref number nd i ask again is this the Ref for the escalation because last time i was given a Ref for the call when i complained about debited the wrong amount on the 25th of November.. when I'm doing a follow up i spoke to Kwanele a this morning to my surprise the agent said but there's no escalation done for you.. After waiting for 24 hours for feedback and I'm being treated like a fool by incompetent agents from cell c and then I spoke to Tshepo the manager on duty i told him I'm not going to be played by cell c i won't be able to wait another 24 hours again waiting for them to rectify this billing issue until now no body called from cell c about my query. I want to cancel the stupid contract with cell c and you will be hearing from my lawyer from now on because you are not doing your jobs properly and I'm going to take this matter further..I CAN'T BR ASSOCIATING MYSELF WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE INCOMPETENT LIKE YOU
They debited on my account whereas I have already cancelled the contract they are telling about the cut-offs notifications are sent before the debit date this is bull**** who knows when do they send the notification to your bank to debit Clientele poor poor customer service they couldn't even help me resolved maintenance query MXM
I'm so frustrated by the treatment I have received from CellC customers service centre firstly they debited on my account that was supposed to be debited December and then I called on the 25th @8:30 PM was advised they will escalate the matter it will take 2-24 hours will receive the ref no via sms I didn't then today I spoke to Katlego he said that was not done I then requested to speak to a manager he refused he logged a query for me but dropped the call while I am on the line which is rude I phoned again spoke to Tsakane she was very helpful because I got the chance to speak to a manager by the name of Tshepo he promised the query will be resolved after 7 working days however my problem is now other debits will bounce back and I will be charged for that because CELLC debited money on my account which they weren't suppose to and he said im am liable for the charges because he is only dealing with cell c problems ...if they didn't debit we wouldn't be in this situation I want my money back and I want to be reimbursed for the charges that will occur due to CELL C .. YOU ARE TAKING ME FOR A RIDE..
