The connection is completely unreliable. Service is appalling, no one ever calls back and the AI watsap is the most irritating and useless I've ever encountered. They need to have consultants. What's a disaster. Couldn't work all day yesterday. Still not connected. I don't know how many tickets were raised and no one called or fixed my issue. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. By far the worst.

Rain WiFi in 7 Linea has been nothing short of a nightmare.Yesterday, I couldn’t work the entire day.No one ever calls back, no one follows up, and getting support is like shouting into the void.I wouldn’t recommend Rain to anyone, not even as a last resort. If anything, I’d strongly advise people to go with any other provider.

Discovery are so quick to take your money. When you want your provident fund, they will give you the run around. Requested a consultant to call me cause they never pick up calls. Email responses send you from pillar to post. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

I request everyday and i still get the smelly cars, bad quality. Complaining on the ap never helps.I had the worst experience with bolt Saturday. Driver fetched me at Melrose and got into an accident on corlet, down the road! When I was heading home, the second driver asked me for petrol money even though my trip was a card payment. Took screen grabs. Disgusting. I don't know whats going on with bolt. Shocking car service, quality of the cars as well.
The quality of the cars, drivers sleep in the cars. Cars smell soooo bad. They even charge more than uber, The Nerve!!!! The smell is soooo bad. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢
I use ubers Monday - Friday. The cab quality is so poor and the cars smell like ASS. Disgusting 🤢 service. These cars are not monitored.
What a ****, they keep *****ing money from my fnb account. I changed my card and they still at it. They need to be reported. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!
