Dear Skynet I have been waiting for my delivery since last Friday. I have been messaged that it is out on delivery the past 3 days, yet I have not received anything. THIS IS CONSIDERED DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE. My delivery is 7 days overdue. The call center line is not working. The WhatsApp number is not helpful.
Dear Samsung I have been waiting for my delivery from your online store since last Friday. I have been messaged that it is out on delivery the past 3 days, yet I have not received anything. The Skynet page on Hello Peter is full of complaints, yet you have entrusted them with our packages. My delivery is 7 days overdue. I have contacted both Samsung and Skynet with no resolution.
I have been with Bonitas almost five years now. I am disappointed because (1) I have six consultations for maternity which i would prefer to use for consultation with the gynaecologist ( they charge higher than GP) and I also have funds allocated for GP consultation- however Bonitas's system chooses how these are used up, when I saw a GP on pregnancy issues they used the maternity consultations instead of using available GP funds. These are said to be additional benefits to assist members on maternity but Bonitas is using them for their benefit (This I will take with the Medical aid ombudsman as I did not get any assistance from the consultants and I believe is a system problem that may disadvantage not only me but many members.) (2) I submitted a claim from the gynaecologist where I paid cash (R2700), I was not paid back (REF: 170621QM80V5) because the Six additional maternity benefits are used up which is fine ( but unfair because of what I mentioned above in my first point). I have a gynaecologist not paid also . However I have R4000+ on my day to day benefits which can used for a specialist, which a gynaecologist is one. But no Bonitas won't pay. This a consider fraud because the brochure say with no exclusions "These benefits provide cover for consultations with your specialist, acute medicine, X-rays, blood tests and other out-of-hospital medical expenses." I would love for Bonitas to give me reasonable answers.
I am very disappointed with vodacom and I feel I am being defrauded. My data contract is coming to an end on the 3rd of December 2020. I call them to ask that they load no more data into the sim from tomorrow as I will not be renewing the contract. Instead they tell me I was supposed to provide a 30 days notice. I never received any notice from Vodacom requesting to upgrade or cancel. This goes to show that should I have never taken notice the contract would have been automatically renewed without me knowing. if this is how Vodacom works then they are a big fraud I would never use their service and would strongly recommend people to stay away from their contracts.
