Stay away! No customer service. Faulty line for 2 months and they keep taking your money. Promise credits and then hit you with poor contract clauses to get out of passing a credit. Cancelled the service and was suspended a week before the end of the month even though I paid for the full month. *********!
Been a loyal client for many years. Line dropped and I logged a ticket. In the following week I went through 5 different agents and spent a lot of money on phone calls and data to get them the tests they asked for, without any joy. Now well over a month later and after being billed for a service I didn't receive, my internet line is still not working as expected. No one follows through with the open ticket and I get no feedback unless I complain. The worst client service imaginable with a few agents in between willing to actually assist. Unfortunately the efforts of a few are let down by a grossly mismanaged FTTH department and support center....yet they are willing to take your money for services not rendered. I even mailed the accounts department to complain and the email was simply ignored. I've always been an advocate for VOX but had to unfortunately make a 180 degree U-turn on that and will not recommend them to anyone ever again.
2nd time here for same company with still the same complaint. There is only an automated email response from customer service. I don't believe there is anyone working there. The most useless and utterly unashamed pile of garbage company in history. Fraudsters with zero care for customers. Debit order stopped. Lets see if they call me now...maybe I also wont answer. I have proof they admitted to selling me a contract under false pretences. Lets see how the ombudsman takes this.
My review is one of many where a contract was sold under false information. Customer service is an absolute joke! I want to stop paying my account and forget the number. Maybe then I'll get a callback!
Thieves and fraudsters. Charging clients for items THEY broke due to poor quality workmanship....and then charge again to repair for the SAME problem they induced. Their problem could still not be resolved inhouse and eventually resorted to fixing it myself after having paid for the same repair (THEY CAUSED) twice. Will ever advise anyone to make use of their service....or lack thereof.
Impossible to get service via phonecall or email. 2 days, many phonecalls and multiple emails and NO RESPONSE OR SERVICE. Worst in the business. Stay away! Just a big green money machine who lost focus on where the money comes from.
Absolutely no idea about customer service. Issues on account never resolved and I am forced to stay a client another month due to poor contract management. No warning about contract changes and I have to accept poor service. No management willing to make contact to resolve issues and forced to deal with call center staff only able to relay what is on their screen. Too big to care about losing a client.
1st timer to HellPeter. I joined ONLY to comment on Oneplan Pet Insurance. After seeing what other clients wrote it all makes sense now. This is the worst scam in insurance I have ever seen. Member for 4 years, paid almost 8k in premiums and a 2k claim gets rejected. No accountability and staff are clueless. Submitted claim docs about 10 times and each time a different consultant takes over and asks for the same docs. For the sake of your sanity PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THEM EVER!!!!!
