I I have been with PMD insurance since December 2023.I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on my home from work on the 29 July 2024.I informed the insurance about the accident on the 30th (was given a courtesy car) while I did the police report the same day but I was told that the police station had no accident report forms and I should come back in 2 days.On the 1st the report was done and submitted.The insurance further requested the tracker,time sheets and pictures which were all submitted on the same week.I got a call that the claim on the 7th August 2024 that my claim was approved & I should take my car to the Krugersdorp panelbeaters as they have been appointed to repair my car.I took the car to the panelbeaters on the 8th August 2024 and the quotation of the repairs was done and sent to the insurance. I only recieved the quotation approval on the 16 August 2024.I went to the panelbeaters to check the car progress on the 22 August 2024 but I was told that they are waiting for the insurance to bring the parts as insurance said they will provide the panelbeaters with car parts.I called the insurance and I was told that the parts will be at the panelbeaters by the 23 August 2024 as they just recieved the parts at their office.I called the insurance again on the 27th requesting them to extend my curtesy car since I have not received my car and I need transport because I'm on call at work and the insurance refused saying it's beyond them.I laid complaint and i was told they will call me.On the 29 August 2024 I discovered that still the parts were not delivered.My partner spoke to 3 pmd employees and we discovered that Lebo is the person who had the car parts since the 23/08/24 but failed to deliver them to the panelbeaters so that they can commence with repairs.I got an email today from the panelbeaters saying they have received the parts but one is still missing.The insurance has not called to 1.update on the claim progress 2.Address my complaint 3.Assited me transport because of their delays. I need my car ASAP ,I'm a healthcare worker with emergency calls occasionally.I am frustrated and this is affecting me and my work.
I have been waiting since the 5th for FNB to respond to my complain.The only thing I recieved was that my case will be top priority but to this day I have not received anything.I think I'll have to refer this matter to the bank ombudsman coz wow being patient and understanding that you not the only client that needs help,u end up being taken for a fool
My account was hacked on the 20th March 2024 and the person spent a generous amount of money from my account.I reported the matter to the ***** line(FNB) concurrently with the *****sters busy with my account.I was told that my case will take 7-30 days.More than a month later i still havent heard from the ***** team.I decided to call them and i was told that they cant get into the system so i have to call later.I still cant believe all of this and i cant wait for this matter to be resolved so that i can take my banking elsewhere.If i could rate them a negative 5 i would.
Booked a room to celebrate my moms birthday.The with my two boys.I was told that this will be ideal as they have sleeper couch.The 1st night no one came for preparation for the kids.So i did what i had to with a broken bed.The second night the lady came to prepare for the kids but she also couldn't open the bed as it was broken.She then called for assistance and when the male came,he said it has been like that since forever and we must bare with them.My question was l,why didnt they fix it as i did specify that im coming with my boys.I sent them a review and i never got any response.I have stayed at Sun City before (The palace and cabanas) and have never been so disappointed.Puseletso
There was a misunderstanding regarding the commencement of my policy and I got through to Lifa who quickly sorted it out for me.He also promised me refund without any hustle.I thank him for his assistance and politeness.
