I signed for a contract 8 weeks ago but the 400 sms bundle has not been allocated to me despite going back and forth to the store.
First, payment was delayed to the panel beater, Marthinus only advised after a follow up by me that there was a blockage. Then when I followed up in the same email chain , Molefe told me INCORRECTLY that I don’t have a hired car in my policy. I asked him immediately to call me back. Days later that hasn’t happened. Really horrible service.

I raised a complaint with Woolworths 12 days ago regarding poor quality crisps, they sent an automated email saying they would get back to me. I’m still waiting to hear back.

I live in central Benoni and I am only being served by a Checkers food in Lakefield. My issue is the Checkers food doesn’t have all the specials as the main Checkers and they have a limited stock offering. Despite calling and talking to them, they refuse to change my feeder area even though they used to supply from the Checkers on North Rand Road in Boksburg.
Vodacom dropped my fibre speed to 10mbs even though I pay for 50mbs and have been doing so for years. When I called them, they say say it’s automated and not their fault. They are rude, and now want to increase my bill and lower my speed. The call centre lady repeatedly cut me off when I tried to explain. Worst customer service ever I have been waiting for 10 days and they still bill me for 50mbs while providing 10mbs. They keep calling to say they will fix it but nothing happens. Ntombi has promised with zero delivery.
