Dear Openserve/Telkom Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally report a disappointing experience I had today, **16 June 2025**, when I called your hotline to report what I suspect to be a ****** or damaged cable that has caused our fibre connection to stop working. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a very unprofessional and dismissive attitude from the lady handling calls today. I informed her that I was unsure of the exact cause but believed it could be due to a ****** cable. She interrupted me and accused me of “telling a half story,” despite my efforts to explain that I am not a technician and only trying to get help. I tried to clarify the situation, but she continued to be dismissive and eventually told me she would not assist me. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when I was calling in need of genuine help. I have even had to temporarily move away from home due to the lack of internet, which we pay for monthly. We have previously visited Telkom in person and were provided with an email address to escalate fibre issues, but even after sending several emails, we have received no response to date. This ongoing lack of service and communication is frustrating and unacceptable. I would like to request the following: 1. That a technician be urgently dispatched to inspect the issue with our fibre connection. 2. That this complaint be formally recorded, and the call from today be reviewed for quality and conduct. 3. That I receive a response regarding how Openserve plans to address this ongoing service issue and the behavior of your customer support agent. I hope this matter will be treated with urgency and seriousness, as customers deserve to be treated with respect and supported when they seek assistance.
I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the ongoing lack of support I’ve received regarding a technical issue on my website, lenganephotography.co.za. For several weeks now, I’ve been reaching out for assistance and have spoken with Dean, Darren, and Shakira unfortunately, none of them have been able to resolve the issue. I decided to send to all the emails I have received from your company this matter. Each time I was advised to contact the design team, but despite my repeated requests, I was never provided with the necessary contact details. This has left me incredibly frustrated, especially as the issue continues to impact my business. I host websites for high-profile clients in South Africa, and delays of this nature reflect very poorly on me. I’ve explained that the issue is not on my end it needs to be investigated from your side. We are now approaching a month without resolution. The issue: On mobile devices, the hamburger menu is unresponsive or takes up to 30 minutes to respond. Other buttons (such as view buttons) are also extremely delayed. I have checked the links and structure on my side, and everything appears to be in order. This is urgent potential clients cannot view my portfolio, which is directly affecting my ability to secure work. How can I convince others to trust me with their websites if I can’t get mine fixed, especially with support that is supposed to be responsive? If this issue cannot be resolved immediately, I will unfortunately be left with no choice but to move my services to another hosting provider. I need a proper technical assessment and a clear timeline for resolution today. Please treat this matter as urgent and get back to me as soon as possible. I BOUGHT A HOME WIFI ON THE 25 JUNE 2024 I WAS OLD THAT ITS GOING TO BE DELIEVERD THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS NOT, IT WAS DELIVERD ON THE 02 JULY 2024 AND IT WAS NOT WORKING, WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 2 HOURS AFTER I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 24 HOURS. THE NEXT DAY I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR 3 DAYS BECAUSE IT WAS NOT RICA THEY NEED TO RICA IT. AFTER 3 WORKING DAYS I CALLED I AM TOLD THAT MY CONTRACTED IS NOT CAPTURED. EVERYAY ITS A NEW STORY. I PAID FORTWO MONTHS FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT WORKING THEY DONT EVEN CARE
I bought home Wi-Fi online on the 25 June 2024 which I paid for June and July. I was told that the courier guys will call me immediately 26 June 2024, which never happened. It was delivered on Tuesday 02 July 2024. They told me it will start working after 2 to 24 hours. It didn’t I call them the awhile day today with no help. I decided to go to MTN store for help they returned me and said they can’t help me with online matters. MYN services are very poor and they don’t respect customer they only care about making sales. I lost clients and had to refund some because of this
It’s almost a week my internet is not working, just are just calling with no action taken
Vox are just one internet with lost of challenges. I paid and now my internet is not working
<div>I applied for Fibre a month back and they send me all information contract and the account details, I paid thinking that they will install the Fibre. I called them several times the first time they were suppose to come activite apparently Openserve are the one who are suppose to come activate, they got the address wrong which was on their side. I called one of the manager of Vox - he was so rude to me we started the applications from the beginning today on the 2 weeks back I’m still waiting even now</div>
Spin247 is a scam I have never been able to withdraw when I try to enquire they always say I have not passed the security questions which I’m not sure if they are right or wrong. I tried to change numbers for my account since I’ve lost my numbers but they always have a story not to help me.... You are not able to see your profile whereby you can confirm your username and others. I’ve several time tried to send an email but they never reply. I have send my ID to prove that I’m the owner of the account but still.
