Logged a return on the 7th, pickup was confirmed on the 12th. It has been 15 days already and I haven't heard anything from tread and Miller, the service is appalling as everyone of their staff members in nonchalant about my situation
The most horrible customer service. Your account will never be settled. I paid a settlement amount towards my account before the settlement quote provided by THEM expired only for them to add charges that were not communicated with me and none of them are willing to lift a finger to rectify their error.
This company received my parcel on the 21st of December and they still haven't delivered. All efforts to track my order fail because they either don't answer their phones or they don't respond to emails
Be careful when purchasing from them, if your item is incorrect or doesn't fit properly you will be on your own! I have made a few purchases from this company with no issues. They clearly don't care about sorting out issues that their clients might be facing with their products, because I have returned an item which they confirmed receiving but they still haven't given me my refund nor do they care to reply to any communication from me.
I have been trying to sell my shares for almost a month now with no avail. most of the staff sound like they either don't know what they are doing or they are just not interested in assisting! communication from this company is never clear and I am forever sent from pillar to post! Appalling service!
