My tiles are lifted and cracked and they all seem so relaxed in maintenance. There is dust and broken tiles in my lounge, and l had to sleep with an open door due to lifted tiles not allowing the door to close. It’s truly frustrating.
Hello there, I am quite upset, disappointed and disgusted with the service l received from Pressed in time Kwena Square. I took 3 loads of washing and got charged R542 which makes sense and went to fetch my clothes on Monday after work. I took the washing on Saturday morning the 2 November 2024, l received all of my clothes however, some of the clothes still smelled and had the same dirt marks l took them with for instance my jeans and black clothes smelled like ****- not sure what detergent was used. Half of my clothes were clean and washed properly while the other half came back with a bad smell and same marks they had- l had to rewash my black clothes because of the smell. I am truly shocked and will never use their services again like why charge me full price for an awful service.
I bought a gas knob control on the 17th of July and to date. I have not received anything except for the automated response of supplier details. This is a **** as they are saying they need my banking details to refund me which is nonsense- so they can **** me further !
Good Day I made a purchase of a headboard on the website of Leroy Merlin and got a confirmation of my order being received. I later got an email saying that my order would be delivered on the 4th of April 2024 , however on this day my order did not get delivered and there was no communication sent to notify me of delays or update. Days went by and l decided to call on a Saturday where l got assisted by an agent who mentioned that the service provider works Mon- Fri and my order could be delivered on a weekend. However, weeks went by and still not communication or updates from Leroy for my order and l had to constantly follow up for an update and was sent another email saying my order would be delivered on the 15th of 16th of April , but both days went by without any updates, remorse, accountability and communication of possible delays from Leroy. I instead got the response of the error was from the service provider ( 3rd party) this demonstrated that Leroy is not taking accountability for the mishaps and disgusting customer service. I was a first time shopper and l will never buy anything from Leroy again due to the aweful customer service l received.
Pukki verblyf billed my account incorrectly and when l went there to get things sorted out , l was approached with hostility and disrespect from the receptionist and financial lady. I never got an apology from them for the rude behavior ,but instead was brushed off with" we rectified the mistake and billed the correct person". They have no respect for Black students in Potchefstroom especially those funded by Nsfas. Especially when it comes to getting back your deposit, you will get ridiculous charges.
