Good day, I have made several requests for the required forms to be sent to me, yet I have received no response or assistance to date. This is highly unprofessional, especially considering that you have already obtained a debit check mandate from my side. Due to the continued lack of communication and support, I am formally requesting that my application and the entire process be cancelled with immediate effect. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further and explore legal and consumer protection actions. I look forward to a swift resolution. I'm paying every month, but I'm not receiving the services I'm paying for... which is JUST internet. Make me understand what am I paying for if I won't have internet??
I paid for items in order to claim my R1 discount items. I only received what I paid for and not the R1 items. ****
Rain cut off my internet saying that I owe them money for the previous month but I made payment on the last day of the previous month... Even on their own account history it shows that I've been making payments. I asked the consultant that I would like to speak to the manager or supervisor but she kept saying no one is able to talk to me. This is unacceptable and it has ruined my day.
I really don't understand why I cannot access my downloaded music(OFFLINE) when I'm not using data/wifi on Deezer Music App whereas I pay monthly for it! What is the use of downloading the music when I'm going to spend money on data to access and stream the music I downloaded again? I really wouldn't mind if I was told from the beginning BUT I was not and this is not what I signed my money up for!!! I want my data or money back!
