Great experience with Sikhulile Mdluli From outsurance , I had a hail damage claim for my business vehicle and the windscreen which was needed asap was done immediately , the service provider which I opted for delayed on the repair but Outsurance paid me out for the repair in record time , happy client

My experience is as follows , I planned to celebrate my 10 year anniversary and decided to go with flight center mall of Africa as my travel partner, so I walked him met the friendly agent jesse.dossantos@flightcentre.co.za , sat down, we went through options within my budget , was very specific as I mentioned I wanted all inclusive 5 start resort , we selected pearl Beach in zanzibar and I told him I would go home and think about it , that afternoon , I googled the resort and it came up as 4 star, I sent a mail and questioned this , he rep**** with a mail confirming it was 5 star as he knew his supplier , I was excited , gave mh wife the great news and off I went to zanzibar , to my disappointment the place was very very far from a 5 star , I communicated with jesse.dossantos@flightcentre.co.za and he said he would communicate with his supplier to make amends , after many mails and even coming back to South Africa I was not made amends to this situation , I patient and hoped that after 2 months I would get some feedback , the place was horrific for a 5 star , I sent videos and pics to jesse.dossantos@flightcentre.co.za and his manager delmaine.greaver@flightcentre.co.za, but up till today no response , worst travel experience for me , I am a seasonal traveller and been to most of the exotic islands in the world
Amazing service , had an issue with my garmin edge 830 , handed it in , was assessed and a new unit was dispatched to me , no fuss no bother , thank you Garmin SA

Most poor service at BP Kyalami service station , this is going on for the last 12 months,
This service blew me away , submitted at claim at 9am and was called by a consultant at 9:30 asking if I was available for the mobile to come and view my vehicle, mobile unit was there at 12:50 and the job was completed by 15:30 , thumbs up guys , keep it up ,
Worst service at rivonia , they ran out of stock with board and when I brought in my own board they told me the they could not cut it
Amazing food, pleasant staff, always accommodating
Worst supply chain warehouse , time and time again they make you wait hours for simple orders, staff have a don’t care attitude
