I don't like to have to write the review of a business. I always try all possible means to resolve the matter amicably. However, iu and LIBF have shown me that no matter how reasonable you try to be, some businesses have simply a lack of respect. Perhaps I should warn others because on paper iu looks like a great prospect for a south African or a student in south Africa wishing to pursue studies at a german (iu) or UK (LIBF) institution. until you realise that the admission office is clueless. For the Masters in Data science, I provided Under grad, post grad quals including an MBA and doctoral courses done in the UK. I was then told that my advanced diploma in finance and post graduate diploma in finance are not Bachelors' equivalent, even though an institution catering for South African students would know the National Qualification framework which clearly specifies that advanced diplomas are bachelor equivalent and Post grad diplomas are honors equivalent. After providing the NQF in hope to clear up the misunderstanding, the institution refused to admit my application. LIBF chich was using the same whatsapp as iu for some reasons then requested a lettre as proof of employment and experience in data science, this was provided and all requirements for admission for a professional Masters should then be met. I have been waiting since and silence radio. From time to time after inquiring again on my application, I am asked to provide the same documents which were previosly requested. What on earth is wrong with these 2 institutions or the admission process. It is ridiculous that at the same time I am being given the rounds, other institutions such as the university of London and OPIT responded and admitted me without wasting my time. I am yet to receive a call or an explanation why these 2 institutions are behaving this way when handling applications from south Africa.

Yes, the way Ram operate is quite dumb. Simply a waste of time and energy. Apparently, it is fine for the customer service and supervision to correct deal with the addition of an address and make no attempt to reach out to the driver to advice the driver of the new address 5min from the original address or keep the original/same address. The delivery has to be canceled despite the driver being already in Johannesburg, the parcel has to go back to Pretoria and need to be delivery another day. Who on earth does things like that? which delivery or courier company operates in this fashion? AAAB1593629
After my initial review, Planet Fitness tried to get my post removed by claiming my post was untrue. I provided evidences requested by hellopeter as I stand by my post and I have nothing to hide, which can't be said of this business and its unfair practices. Afterward, the business wrote to me privately to let me know its Customer support will be contacting me soon. A week later, I still have not heard back from them. The company is unwilling to address its unfair business practices when called out for them. Therefore, it is my duty to inform the public to be aware of the unfair and ******* practices when signing a contract with Planet Fitness Waterfall. Whatever you are promised or told will most likely turn out not being true and when your rights are violated, you will find no possible recourse to redress the situation with the gym.
I never thought I would be put in the position of writing such a review. I loved the design of planet Fitness waterfall and I join because of the running track, running on congested roads was burning my lungs. I was told I could bring my boy along and being the father of a 6 year's old boy sounded ideal. My budget was R500, however the salesman said don't worry although it is out of my budget, I could sign up for the Edgars Club at R120 and that would give me a good discount and I would only pay R600 per month. Lastly, what about cancelling? no worries I was told give us a 2 month notice and We will cancel your contract without penalty. Awesome I thought. However after signing, all hell broke loose: 1. I was being charge over R800, plus the Edgards club fee mind you. 2. child ? policy changed to the child needs to be 8 years old and above. I put in my 2 month notice, only to be told that I need to call the headquarter. I called and the headquarter is disputing the gym's refusal to allow my 6 year Old. Concerning the fee I am being charged, the gym promised to investigate and call me back within 72 hours. The gym has never called me back and as continued to harass me, insisting that I continue to pay them despite no longer attending the gym and having requested a cancellation of the contract which contract was breached by the gym. The gym has called and emailed several times to threatening to tarnish my credit. Even now the gym is attempting t debit my account every month. I am appalled by the actions of this gym, the blatant lies, false promises and total disrespect of their clients.
Hi there, I am forced to write again another complaint, It is more than 10 days since my initial complaint and Game has still not refunded me my money. Order Number 1231624946. Sincerely, I have not come across a company that treat customers this way. Generally, such attitude leads a business to failure. Please refund me my due immediately.
I have never seen such an incompetent company, why did you start the online business in the first place if you are well aware of your inability to deliver. I purchased a TV, submitted all docs and made the payment. My order is on hold since last week. I called countless times. Spoke to 4 different customer relations officers, all to no solution. Finally, I gave up, asked for my order to be canceled and my money to be refunded, even that is now an issue now. I was told it would be canceled today and I shall receive notification via email. Guess what the emaill never came. IWent on the website, the order is still there on hold. Any proper website would have an easy way to cancel an order that is not shipped. Guess what Game doesn't have it. How on earth can anyone do business with you. My order number is 1231624946. I learned my lesson, I get it, you taught me a lesson that I won't forget and I promise I won't do it again, I won't shop online by you ever again. Now, please refund my hard earned money.
That's quite a unique company, I am not sure what's like elsewhere, but here in South Africa, the customer service simply does NOT CARE what your queries are. It is simply a nightmare, to the point that a simple query is never answered, you are put on hold for hours, even the best: an extremely rude customer service operator who twice did not allow me to finish a sentence and put me through to another department which rang without answer. This company will not survive, Mark my word.
