Got a Samsung TV on black Friday, the first one had backlight bleeding so an exchange was done with the store. The 2nd one was received with the same issue. A direct exchange with Samsung was requested (27/01/2022) only for them to realize on 07/02/2022 that they don't have stock so the exchange needs to happen via the store. Been on the phone with the call center from 9am (now 1pm) to no avail. Apparently no manager is available to assist for 4 hours. Honestly the toss up for this TV was LG or Samsung and what a mistake we have made...

Worst service ever. They advertise and charge the fee of an overnight delivery but that's far from true. Called 4 times yesterday, and still have not yet received delivery. This was supposedly escalated but no one has called me to date. The supervisor does not return calls and each agent makes a false promise that it not followed up on. Disgusting
The most pathetic service provider in SA! Payment was made for cancellation of a contract on the 3rd of November yet my account was still debited on the 1st of December. I have sent 24 emails to which no response has been received and no progress has been made. If I go in store I am told that I need to call the call center. After being on hold with the call center for no less than 45 minutes at a time, I was told that this is my fault as the incorrect reference was used. This reference was on the mail received from MTN with the cancellation details.
