Been battling with dropped calls and now total network failure. Have 50 people in the area complaining but with zero action. No feedback and no internet. Business being affected and safety in the area.
If I could I wouldn't even give one star... been without internet for two days. Have spent 4 hours on line with zero compet staff. Been pomised by two staff members that oh sir we will call you back. Never to be heard of again. Spend thousands a month with no service. They reset a line and zero my 1 TB data. Now No one knows why. Wish I cod cancel but they penalize you to such an extent you have to live with this. Im beside myself. Not a care in the world.
Frustrating lack of service. Cannot speak to a person that can assist with a router issue. You can try any number they give but anyone that can help at all. been trying to speak to someone for a total of 3 days and about 3 hours.
After months of waiting and no product is sight, and being ghosted by Johan, no answer to calls or emails, at least BidorBuy came to the rescue and refunded my money. Beware of Gearify.
Please be aware - purchase at your own peril. Johan will gladly take your money and then just stop responding. Have lodged a complaint at Bid or Buy.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would. How a company can operate with totally ignorant and untrained staff and get away with signing new clients. 1week later and still not closer to any resolution. Line drops, inconsistent speed. And just know they will try ware you down by putting you on hold again and again... 36 mins and counting now. You should not be in business with the level of service you give.
Don't try the call center... 1hr 15 mins and still no clue at all. And will only send a techie out in their words... hopefully next week. Can't say how disappointing the customer service is.
Nr 1 iron in the world... definitely for poor quality yes. Premium price at shocking quality. After 5 months have had 3 failures. And the best is you have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for your iron to be returned to you to work for exactly 1 more day. Never again. Sad how a once proud company known for quality has ended up like this.
Never buy a Philips iron... nr 1 in the world for poor quality. 5 months and 3 failures. The worst is you have to wait 6 weeks. So all in all 2 month without this renound quality item. And don't dare ask for a refund.
As an Absa private client you would expect to be able to open as advertised a savings account for your children online.... But after you have completed the online registration you are informed that an agent will contact you. 2 weeks later and even your private banker cannot access the retail system. We are seriously considering to use an alternative bank as it seems Absa is in no way geared for new clients. Call center is just as inefficient to the point of being nonexistent. So disappointed as our banker is a great help.
