1ST FOR WOMEN AND RENEW IT GREEN STONE - RUBBISH SERVICE
Worst service ever - took my car for repairs at Renew It Greenstone as decided by 1st for women. They took forever with my car, forcing me to have to pay a further 9 days for a rental. When I got my vehicle back, my battery was dead and I contacted both 1st for women and Renew it Greenstone and all to no avail. How do you recommend a company for repairs where there are terrible reviews about them everywhere??? The renew it staff have a major attitude when asked why the perfectly working battery isn't working any longer, all they can say it has a lifespan and therefore cannot assist - what rubbish I have never had issues with my battery. I rate both 1st for women and Renew it Greenstone -10. Never mind the crazy excess from 1st for women that I had to pay. No manager from either side is available either - what rubbish service from both sides!

WORST SERVICE RENEW IT GREENSTONE
Worst service ever - they ran my battery dead then make it my problem leaving me carless. The staff have a major attitude when asked why the perfectly working battery isn't working any longer, all they can say it has a lifespan and therefore cannot assist. I rate them -10. The whole process was delayed and they didn't even do a full inspection as promised. Manager is never available.

REFUND ISSUE
WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR A FLIGHT THEIR SYSTEM CANCELLED EVEN THOUGH THE PAYMENT WENT THRIUGH - BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS.
