Audi SA doesn’t know how to handle matters. They failed to run an investigation when I reported Reggie Lane from Audi Durban Centre. They took Reggie’s word of mouth instead. I’m so disappointed on this brand. I didn’t expect such from them. They never took my case seriously, never phoned me to address the complaint, I had to run after them. Nomvuzo Tshandu even **** about being off duty when I needed an update. Car was assessed at a different Audi Branch for 2nd opinion and a contradicting discovery was made, and my car was fixed with no hustles. I had to work with an organisation to run the investigation privately.
Reggie Lane is a very unprofessional and ***** workshop manager. He doesn’t take accountability. He blamed me for a faulty gearbox in a car with 21 000km, accused me of spilling fluid into the gearbox and requested I pay cash for the damages. His behaviour made me lose trust in the Audi as a brand. Like we pay for this motor plan yet he behaves like he fixes Audi cars from his pocket. Took the car to another Audi Centre for 2nd opinion and the faulty part in the car was changed (under a motor plan) and photos taken, THERE WAS NO LIQUID DAMAGE. Reggie Lane is a **** and a *****, he cannot be trusted!!!
House & Home is very good when it comes to a customer purchasing an item but very UNPROFESSIONAL when you start experiencing issues with your appliances. Getting a refund or exchange shouldn’t be an issue at all provided that the terms & conditions still allow. I bought a brand new fridge which turned out to be faulty in 4months time from date of purchase, they fixed at first and two months later the issues persisted again !!! Like why can’t I simply get the refund or exchange that I requested, instead there no one is willing to assist telephonically, I’m asked to hold until they hang up on me, plus if the sales person that assisted initially is not around then no one will assist. I’m honestly fed up and disappointed on house & home gateway store. The service is pathetic. Will never ever support this store. I’ve had an issue with a new appliance at a different store and it was handled very well in a professional manner, I didn’t have to run after the store or end up fighting with sales person like at House & Home. I believe your professionalism needs a lot of improvement, or shall I say you lack professional skills.
Like how do you get charged for requesting a motivational letter to get medical aid to pay for laboratory tests required by the doctor? I’m so disappointed in doctors in private practice. All they care about is getting medical aid to pay their money and don’t give a damn about the tests they requested. I’m trying to minimize medical bills but still you seeing an opportunity to make money out of us.
I’ve had the worst experience ever. This medical aid gives me headache. They always demanding motivations for almost every claim and most of those claims end up being rejected or not being paid in full. There are still outstanding amounts for certain doctors, hospitals and laboratories. How do you not pay especially for hospital admission and laboratories. No one chooses to be hospitalized, especially after working hours. I was hospitalized after the call centre had closed hence hospital could not get authorization but because I was sick and couldn’t even do anything they admitted me. Then medical aid requires a motivation letter when the claim was being submitted. Even worse they did not pay the admitting doctor. Why don’t you just open the call centre 24/7 so we can know before admission that you won’t pay. Another thing , how do you pay just a doctor and not the laboratories? Doctors use laboratory investigations to confirm their clinical suspicions and also help them guide their management and check improvement. How do you not pay for laboratories like Lancet and Ampath when they are such a crucial part of the management? I’m so disappointed. Now I have a bill of more than R25 000 yet I have a ‘medical aid’. This medical aid is so unfair, people say it’s a ‘scam’ and I’m starting to believe that too.
Discovery medical aid is a scam!!! Those people sold me dreams . I always got frustrated with them. They didn’t pay for casualty claim. I decided to cancel the medical aid bcos they said I can’t see doctors anymore after having it for less than 6mnths and using it a few times (less than 5 times actually).I decided to cancel the medical aid bcos I was paying for NOTHING!!! I had to pay cash in order to see healthcare professionals. When I cancelled the medical aid they telling me about withdrawal fee, like really??? Withdrawal fee for what because I’ve been paying for the medical??? I just don’t understand that part.
