So here we go again. After my 1st run in with FNB that took 4 months to be resolved its happened again. FNB are brilliant in telling you what the problem is and how it happened, but not willing to help resolve it. So here we go...try to solve issue again by yourself. What's the point of having banking partners. All they interested in doing is making sure they charge for bull****!!! Time to change banks, these guys are really a joke.
After getting our order wrong I was quite impressed how well it was handled. The lady at the front desk apologized and in front of me addressed the staff. The kitchen staff wanted to just fix the burgers whereby she responded "No, you make client fresh burgers and get it right" So well done...best results I have ever seen at a MacDonalds.
I see many negative reviews but have also somehow been caught by these guys. From the 1st December 2020 a fraudulent transaction took place. Took me 4 months to sort out. I received a mail from them to say that it won't happen again and boom 1st of May they deduct another big amount. Now understand I have never purchased anything from them now going through the same process again. After sending yet another mail I have been told by them that they have reviewed this and its an error from their side. Please be patient we will refund you in 10 working days....Really !!!!
What a fun experience at BP West Beach, Cape Town. Took my car to fill up and check the oil. The attended was superb and failed to get his name. But super awesome and even cracked on or two jokes with the kids in the car. Awesome !!
I moved my child from Impaq Home School back to main stream school. The process started in April 2021 and let me tell you its been shocking. From paying upfront to Impaq and once cancelling its been lies upon lies. From 48 hours to 5 days to now only been refunded on the 7th May as per their mails and promises. On the morning of the 7th I mailed them to confirm my refund which according to them was laded last week only to receive a mail after their closing hours that the refund was not done and will only now be processed on the 14th May. Beside the poor education you will need to think twice before joining and trying to cancel. Absolutely shocking service from them. The new school payment was promised based on Impaq's promises of refunds which that deadline will not be met. So fair warning..stay away from Impaq Home Schooling you will be disappointed daily by them.
LaBrasa Eden on the Bay has absolutely brilliant service. From the moment you walk in the hospitality is superb. Good food and you feel welcome through your entire visit. Well done guys keep up the great work !!
After 4 months FNB done nothing to assist on a case handed to them. It took myself to handle the situation and eventually got the refund. On the day of the refund FNB Life decided to take a premium of my account after cancelling my services with the in December 2020. After speaking to a consultant he said that I can cancelled again but no refund will take place. Absolutely shocking. Be warned, FNB are there to steal not to " how can we help you" If you consider changing your bank please think before contacting FNB. Worse decision you would make
I have always believed that ABSA was the worst bank in SA but unfortunately they have been surpassed by FNB. Absolutely gutted with their poor service. Dealing with the Branch, Secure Chat and Dispute Departments. They speak a different language. Don't think they trained on the same products the same. Dispute 5days , branch says 7-14days and secure chat says 40 days.. Then the last chat with secure banking I raise the question...guess the answer ? 7-40 days...you have got to be joking. I over this I small dispute and I will be canceling all my service with FNB. Be aware people... "How can I help you" hahaha
