I app**** for a loan with Chainpay wich I never got,but each and every month an amount of R98 is being charged on my account and you cannot even stoop that debit order,they’re unreachable on their number don’t even respond to email..I want my money back Chainpay!!
I ordered online from adidas,my order was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd is May it never arrived there was no communication whatsoever,I had to call and they told me that the courier it guys reported crime loss,the items I ordered are for my brother wich he needs to take to school on Friday tomorrow I’m so furious by their lack of customer service. I want my order 😡😡😡😡😡😡!!!!
Good evening,i i withdrew money from an fnb Acc,then there was load shedding couldn’t get my money I only got my card,I tried contacting the customer service call centre but I held the line for more than 30minutes my airtime depleted I called again same thing happened. I received a call from a consultant and my my was reversed but a few minutes later I received an sms on my app stating that a 1voucher has been bought!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
I woul like to thank the staff of Woolworths in Sandton for the best service the gave me on the 25 of November. I even forgot to take the lady’s name, the lady was so helpful and patient with me she’s a team player. Thank you Woolworths for having her in your store, she’s the best!
Good evening, i have I'm not happy about the service i got at your stores today and yesterday. Last week i bought sneakers at dobsonville for R750 ,i returned the sneakers at Maponya and wanted to take the one i saw R500 and i was told if i wanted sneakers for 500 i won't get change back instead i need to take something that costs R250 and I didn't want anything i then advised that i wanted a full refund i was told that i needed to go back to dobsonville. I then went back to dobsonville today and they denied me a refund i want told that it wasn't possible because the manager was not present and all that is not written on the slip as part of your policy i have to spend unnecessary cash from going from pillar to post, when purchasing goods at your stores we're not advised about all the terms and conditions i want a full refund, please advice
