Terrible service after so many years with telkom

I have logged the case with telkom since January 2025 where the consultant did unauthorised 2 new lines while I wanted to upgrade on of my line and I was debited for months for those lines. My case was not fully resolved because initially I was supposed to have a top package which was not done even now and still waiting for the credit for the amount that was debited for those new lines because I didn't authorise it and use them but it's seems no one is willing to attend my queries even now. I can't wait for the contract to end and cancel both lines.

Shocking and poor service

I was so disappointed I bought tombstone for my grand mothers funeral which was on the 16 August 2025 from Khaabos branch in koma road and I have an issue since then my tombstone letters are shaded and I spoke to the consultant since the 18 August 2025 even today nothing was rectified as promised.

Reap off

I did upgrade online on my contract in December 2024 and I receive a bill today of R1204 the consultant did new lines for which I don't need. Please can be canceled and receive the credit

Pist off

I am getting pist off because I have sent an email to old mutual for premium holiday in July 2024, and I received the email confirmation that I will have a holiday from August to October 2024 my debit will be reinstated from November 2024. When I check with old mutual whatsapp chat it's saying my next debit order is 30 October 2024. Policy number 69668P***. 69668P***. 69668P***. 69345SB***9.

Dstv they reap off

I paid the services on 31 July 2024 amount of R625 and my services was disconnect when I called the customer care I found out I have Netflix that I never subscribed it was confirmed that it was done at 30 April 2024 while the was no one accessing dstv. And meaning I have been paying the Netflix that I don't access and I am on arrears for amount that I don't know. Please can you reverse the charges and reconnect my service. Bad service

I had a bad experience today with Unlimited consultant, I have spend more 10 minutes on hold using my own airtime, the reason of my call I was enquiring on how to change existing plan I have with Unlimited, the consultant advise that she is still checking my details while I am on hold she transfer to unity health for no reason and now I had to be transferred back to repeat the same story and I end deplete my airtime without any assistance, and I don't know who will refund the airtime I lost for nothing. Poor service

I don't understand their service as the loyal customer, I went to a doctor to consult yesterday for my son they telling I have outstanding balance of R100, last time when my son go to consult I was charged R523 and they decided to pay R423 without any communication.
