I had app**** to the school hoping they would come to my sons rescue but just learned that I donated my application funds. The response to our rejection was not justified with an explanation. No exam entry, no advise on grade entry marks.... Nothing. Yesterday I then shared my experience with other people on Facebook and the school deleted my post and blocked me. This morning I see many negative reviews and convinced that my suspicions were correct.
My was attended to swiftly and professionally.
On the 26th of December 2021 my entire family decided to visit this place for the 1st time. We arrived and found the place to look like a *** style, the staff were not helpful plus we had to drive out to get cash since their speedpoint was not working. They had no means to assist us but just be rude. Do not take your family to Zenzeleni ever. The place needs a good face-lift plus change of stuff. They also need to have a plan for lost tickets if one lost same within their premises. The place needs a whole turnaround nje.
Since inception the service has been excellent. I am in love
On the 02.12.2020 I made a request to have my order cancelled and a refund to be done on my credit account. This has taken Game 22 days and within that period no one has ever made an effort to contact me or send me an update via e-mail. Every time I call no one can really provide me with constructive feedback apart from "Your goods are still with the courier company" the same one that was meant to delivery within 7 working days. I spoke to many people and hope that now after speaking to Thandiwe from the JHB branch that this matter will be resolved by the 10th of January 2021. Adi from support is also mentioned because they made notes that I will be contacted. Another review to follow in January.
