I'm very upset with the lack of understanding received from ACSA. I made a mistake and explained myself, but there's no mercy for me. On the 13th of January I visited the O.R Tambo airport. Not being a frequent visitor to the airport or the parkade ,I mistakenly parked in the long stay parkade. Please note I stayed for an hour and a half,seeing a loved on off at the airport. When I got to the ticket machine I saw my worst fears were confirmed,I parked in the incorrect parkade. Bear in mind the rush of vehicles going into the parkade,as well as the single board indicating which lane leads to which parkade. I had hoped that with only staying 1.5 hour I would pay like R100. My fee was R540,which I paid as I thought not to make a scene at the machine. Ive reached out to them and the response remains the same,they refuse to make a concession.They refuse to understand that a mistake was made....
I visited Medi cross Benoni dental department last year October. During the filling out of the forms I was asked to email copies of my medical aid details and ID documents to them. Which I did immediately. Suddenly I'm being hounded now to pay the full amount outstanding. Apparently they submitted the claim to the medical aid ,but messed up the dependant code. Seems like they never corrected it, and now the medical aid wont pay as its been more than the allocated time to submit. So how fair is it that I must pay this account ,if they did not correct the mistake on their side timeously. If a provider is *********** in their jobs, does this mean we must keep paying. I am paying hectic amounts to medical aid so I don't have to worry about these bills. They say they could not phone me to find out about the details(which were correctly supp**** to them)But now they can call me 24/7 for money and to threaten me that they will hand over the account. I feel this is very unjust. I refuse to pay for something that my medical aid was going to pay for....Had they done their jobs. Had they contacted me Whitin the time frame I could have secured payment from the medical aid but they say they were too busy to follow up. Well guess what I have been busy doing my job too.....
Unprofessional, unreliable and *********. We are dealing with pretty much the same situation as all the other negative comments reported here. There is no communication, nobody seems to have a clue of what's going on at this company. They can't retain staff and so there's constant chaos.Managing agents are supposed to guide a complex and the trustees, but this company does not see that as part of their duty. They don't collect arrears either, so you pay their highly inflated fee but for what nobody knows.Not recommend for complex management or management of your rental units.
Terrible service received from Chelsea pool services recently.They were an okish provider till the guys(Promise and Christopher Gumbi) decided that they will no longer provide the service.We paid them,and then they disapeared with our keys.We have tried to contact them via calls,whatsapps and email,no response at all.Do not use these guys in future!!!
I really hate having to complain but this issue has not received the attention it merits. Long story short, my daughter joined Curro Academy Parkdene in 2021.Being the enthusiastic parents we are, we settled the full years fees in january 2021.At the end of 2021 I received calls and statements showing, that Im owing the school. Turns out they never applied the 5% discount that is due when fees are paid up front. It is now April 2022.Im being charged interest on the arrrears amount. Ive called, emailed and done everything possible to get the situation rectified. There's never a response from their accounts department. They just dont seem to care!!! I fear eventually I will be forced to pay the arrears amount(once its accumulated tons of interest) this all because they cant fix a mistake that they have made.Do not pay their fees upfront....
We signed on recently to this provider for fibre as well as Showmax.The internet set up was ok and is working.The showmax I am unable to use.No communication from them as I told them that I tried to activate the service with no success.You try to call them and wait so long before your call is attended to.Then they take your details and never get back to you.We have now been charged for Showmax R165 and still nothing so you basically pay for nothing.They are thieves in my mind.Why take my money for something you have not provided????
