FNB Branch at Mall of the south, is the worse branch ever when it come to customer service. It might as well be closed!!!

Can't this department be shutdown please and employ new clean people. Corruption that happens hear is beyond, consultants are walking around with customer's bank cards, while we queue the whole day to be told to come back tomorrow. It hurts to see files getting past infront you because you are not willing to pay someone to do their job. I wish inspectors can be sent through here to see for themselves how money is exchanged in cars, people gets to be called aside then they are done. It is unfair
