I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unauthorised daily charge of R10, billed under BDS F.N.B, which has been appearing on my Savvy Plus Nedbank account. I did not sign up for, authorise, or consent to any service that warrants these deductions. These daily charges are negatively affecting my account, and I require urgent clarification on the following: *The origin and purpose of these charges *How my banking details were accessed or linked to this service without my consent *Immediate cancellation of any unauthorised debit or subscription Furthermore, I demand a full refund of all R10 daily charges deducted from my account. Please investigate this matter urgently and provide written confirmation once the charges have been stopped and the refund has been processed. Thank you for your prompt attention. I look forward to your immediate response.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I logged a ticket last weekend regarding unauthorized debits from my account (Reference Number: 33054642), but to date, I have received no feedback or resolution. Despite not authorizing debits on the specific dates, multiple transactions have gone through, leading to several insufficient fund charges on my account. This is unacceptable and has caused financial strain. I urge you to stop initiating debits without proper authorization and resolve this issue urgently. Immediate feedback and a refund of the fees incurred would be appreciated.
A cashier named Ntombenhle @ Fontana SPAR Berea gave me the worst service ever for merely asking for a cash back while paying for my groceries. She went as far as walking away and returning back without her name tag to continue arguing with me . She claimed to have no cash in her till and told me to go queue again on another till instead of asking from her other colleagues to assist as usual. The level of service was shocking as she went as far as making a noise in front of other customers instead of immediately apologizing and finding a solution she rather said I’m full of ****.
