This must be the worst internet provider available. After informing them a month in advance of change of address and the operator being unsure as to why I am informing them in this regard, "because you only take the sim with", they have locked the sim time and time again due to the fact that the signal was now coming from a different address. Between my father and myself we had to keep phoning to have the sim unlocked, wait 60 minutes and still nothing! To describe these bunch as *********** is being kind. The only service from them is closing your ticket - whether the ticket has been resolved or not. We eventually sorted the issue ourselves without their assistance. Absolutely useless service!
Been with them a few days. ********** service. Takes ages for someone to take your call on the landline. Tickets are lodged which is not dealt with. Your account can't be found on the WhatsApp group. Staff who sell you the product simply refuse to return your call. All staff left for the weekend, left me without internet. Had to sort out my own connection and all they say was "You are now being billed." Not a care that you are connected due to your own doing not thanks to them
Have never dealt with a company like this before. I have been waiting for a week now for a manager to phone me. Staff tell you they are not allowed to escalate matters to a manager. Oefentse is never at the office. Got notified at 15:00 before a long weekend that my service will be terminated within a week. Where in your life do you give a client a week to find a new service provider, refuse to return their calls, and simply say we tried to advise you but could not get a hold of you. Yet after one sms I immediately contacted you back. Unprofessional and lazy service. Avoid at all costs. Took me how long to get a refund from them.
Despite cancelling my online order the order was delivered. The courier company who delivered the parcel refused to take the parcel back. I returned the parcel to the Centurion Sportsmanswarehouse branch. On returning the parcel, they were offline and could not refund me. I provided my banking details for a refund. A demanded proof that the parcel was indeed returned as none was offered. Week 3 of liaising with the customer care center and still no refund. Every excuse in the book has been offered but no refund!!!!! Quick to take back their product but giving back the clients money is not a priority
