Ever since I took a contract in October 22 I’ve had endless problems. I call the call centre atleast 3 times a month and I’ve had my decoders swapped out 5 times in 5 months. The call centre is a complete joke. From having them drop the call on you to having them not able to sort out an issue. I’m on a premium package and suddenly can’t view any channels. When I called the call centre twice in one day I got a reference number and was told the issue would be resolved in 2 hours. 5 hrs later I call in again only to be out on hold and the phone being dropped. It’s honestly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s just another Telkom and Eskom seriously.
My cell number just stopped working. When I called Vodacom Customer Care they said my number was ported in 2015 and has cancelled my number from the Network. My cellphone number is linked to my business and all my social media accounts relating to my business and Vodacom just don’t seem to care how this adversely affects my business. I want my number back. This is unacceptable.
I bought a 9Kg gas on 22/02/2022 and the gas ran out on 21/03/2022. I only use it for cooking. I called to enquire because the gas normally lasts me 3months. A lady by the name of Melody was extremely unhelpful. She kept ignoring my calls. And when she did answer, she said she would call me back and when i called again she put the phone down in my ear.
I bought an IPD LED light for R1200. Upon connecting the light it wasn’t working. I then returned the light within 2 weeks only to be told they will not exchange the light they will send it in for repairs. Totally disgusted that this is an out of box failure only to be told that they will not exchange the light.
I was admitted to the ER on the 22nd July 2021. I was severely ill and needed emergency surgery. I found despite my condition, the nursing staff in the Emergency Rooms were cold, unsympathetic and showed no consideration. My experience was terrible. When I asked for assistance the nurses looked straight at me, ignored me and walked right pass me. I was given a plastic bag to vomit in and instead of being assisted was told to ‘stop doing that’ ie vomiting. What are the exorbitant fees the medical aid pays really for??
Mish Panganai number 076 036 8901 promised to install a borehole that could be used in the house for consumption purposes as well. He charged R56000 for this. The water is yellow and not clean. I have been trying to get him to rectify this for the past 2 months since installation and he hasn’t bothered to resolve the issue. The water is staining my toilets, water basins, bath tub, kettle and we have to drink this water that may make us sick. He damaged my wall and promised to reimburse me for the repairs which he hasn’t. Do not use him as he is a fraud and a liar and his service is terrible.
This is the worst medical aid ever. I have on record confirming that a claim would be paid in full as I was almost handed over to be blacklisted. Upon advice from the medical aid to settle the amount directly with the hospital and the scheme would reimburse me due to the time it would take to process the claim I paid the hospital in full. It has been 2 months since I’ve paid the money that I’ve been fighting with the medical aid to reimburse me. The claim is 13 months old. They are coming up with all sorts of excuses and there is no communication between consultants. My query has to be re explained every time I call in.
