This is not the first time I have been more than unimpressed with the food. I keep on giving chances but the food is disgusting. It is nothing more than oil and butter. It's bland, looks awful and very expensive. The food is in the garbage can, R284.00 later but it was not edible. Oh and also got food poisoning the previous time.
Requested today, that I settle my account immediately with a slight discount but they refused the request. However, all other creditors allowed this concession. This does not even make business sense. WOW I owe R2600-00 on the account. Hope I never hear from you again. Pathetic.
Will not go into details on the forum. My cheque account was handed over to debt collectors. However, when enquiring as to why the account was handed over, even though I physically visited the bank they could not provide any further details. So I now have two different attorneys contacting me for the same account. Namely, LGR Incorporated and Shackleton Credit. I have received two very different reference numbers. I receive two very different statement every month. So now I am at a loss of who I am paying the actual funds too. Kindly note, that I had a bond with Standard Bank and never, in over 8 years, did not meet my obligations. This is poor service. I offered to pay more than the settlement figure, but the staff did not seem interested. So to whom I am actually paying the settlement figure? If this is loyalty it is very poorly received.
I would like to express the "harassments" I am receiving from this company. I pay my account on time, however, they phone me atleast five times a day regarding the next payment arrangement. And if I don't answer their calls, because I am at work, they send threatening text messages to say "they will pursue further legal action against me as I am not answering their calls". If someone is paying them on time, and the agreed amount, why do they keep on phoning me. In some instances I have paid them more than the required amount!
I don't normally write reviews. But in this case I had to. Eezi Move is a very professional company and price competitive. I can only recommend them highly. My friend, who is planning to move shortly asked me for a recommendation and could only think of Eezi Move. Every experience I have had with them has been nothing but amazing. They arrived on time, were organised and prepared. The staff were great friendly and helpful and relieved me of "my stress". Great company. USE THEM.
ABSA has excessive and hidden bank charges for everything. R1500-00 were charged to my account for "internet banking charges". How is this even possible. I did a few transfers but nothing that warrants this amount.
