Mr Price online has zero customer service. I had to return small two furniture items. There was no communication about the courier collection and they just arrived. I was not told what the courier fees would be and was two two separate courier companies would be used. Still not sure if this is for my account despite numerous emails to enquire. I have had no notification as to my refund and have been waiting weeks. There is either no or very generic responses to emails. Very upsetting as usually Mr Price is a great company.
I was refused entry to Zara sandton because I had a trolley. So discriminatory to moms with young kids who need to carry nappy bags and the like. Have you tried browsing for clothing holding an 18kg toddler and a nappy bag. I would have had no trouble having my trolley searched but not even an option. I messaged Zara care line who said they would investigate and promptly reply. I am waiting to hear from them since 11 August.
The food was so ice cold it was terrible. The chips tasted like they were made a week ago and the burger was definitely not up to standard. A busy restaurant that is not able to handle all the clientele it seems. Had looked forward to eating there with my family after a weekend away. Highly disappointing. A waste of R500
A few months back I bought some things from @home and wanted to return them. The return policy states that you will be refunded for your items. I experienced numerous difficulties with getting my refund as the store klerks said that unless I have a credit card I could not be refunded and I was unable to get cash as they had no money in their tills and that I should come back. The other option is to be forced to take a gift card. After numero us trips back and forth to different stores I eventually got my refund. I lodge the complaint and a senior manager whose name I wish I had taken assured me this would be attended to so it would not happen in the future. He told me exactly what I wanted to hear and made a bunch of false promises. He also stated I would receive feedback which I never did. Today I went to go return some towels I bought and low and behold the exact same problem. No cash in the tills for a refund and no ability to get a refund on a debit card (I don’t own a credit card). How frustrating and discriminatory. So disappointed. Will never use this store again.
Absolute Lack of customer service once payment has been made for your order. If you follow up on an order you are told that you are only one of many clients and that you are ‘annoying’. No professional advice given re layout upfront. Canvas print quality very poor compared to other companies. Colours lacking vibrancy and some pictures blurred. When you question the quality - Pieter tells you that your pictures were of a poor quality to begin with (yet some pictures were taken professionally and even so if this is the case should it not be mentioned upfront during the consultation phase of the process? The quality of other canvas print companies when using similar type pictures is simply unparalleled. Highly disappointing!! Would not recommend this Company.
Dissatisfied by the absolute lack of customer service. Logged two calls and no response from management. The returns policy clearly states you can return items with the tags on and purchase slip for a full refund. When you go to get your refund in store you are told you are unable to get a refund unless you have a credit card - which is DISCRIMINATORY!!! The next option is to get a cash refund but then you are told that the store doesn’t have sufficient cash flow. The sales people then suggest that you either walk around the mall for hours until they have make enough cash sales to total your refund OR you are given the suggestion of driving to different @Home stores to see if they have the cash. Totally unacceptable!!! At some stores you wait days for them to collect the refund and have to return to the store to collect it
