I signed up with Debt Busters which was a really good experience, and I was extremely happy with the level of service provided. However, I then needed to refer someone, and they offer R1,500.00 to the person referring as well as the person who signs up with them. I tried to do this via the referral link, and it would not allow me, i phoned into the call center on numerous occasions and spoke to different Agents who promised to come back to me to assist me further, this never transpired. I had to refer the person as they needed to start with debt review so I then called into the call center and the Agent I spoke to advised me that it wouldn't be a problem that the referral bonus payout would still apply. It has now been 3 months since all the requirements have been met and we are still waiting on this. Every time I call in, I get told the same thing and have to say my story over again. Spoke to a Team Leader last week who promised to resolve this. Got an email which was address to not even me but another male client completely different to my name. I am not happy with this and believe that all call of theirs are recorded and they can go back on my referral call and hear that I was promised to receive the referral bonus payouts. This is not treating your customer fairly and also hoping that if they ignore me, I will give up and go away. But I am not going to do this.
I had such excellent and friendly service from Sihle Dlamini at Hemmingways African Bank today. She was so efficient friendly and so helpful. Her level of service is of such a high standard and she was so knowledgeable of their offers. I will definitely recommend her and African Bank. She is a true Asset to African Bank and I trust she will be rewarded for her level of service she provided. It is not often these days that one receives such friendly and efficient service. She is commended for her attitude of going out her way to make my experience a pleasure. Well done Sihle 👏 ✔️ 👍 👌
Had an absolutely brilliant experience with having my sons car fixed. From the time it arrived at Dube I was kept up to date constantly via sms at each and every stage the car was at. I never once had to call in and follow up as to when I would be receiving my car back. All staff were so friendly and approachable especially Tracey Jansen at the reception. On taking delivery of the vehicle there was a problem with the Engine light being on and Gerhardt went out of his way to ensure every request I asked was met, even with making sure I was taken home by Gavin while they took my car to VW to be checked. Even the experience driving with Gavin was handled so professionally and all I have is high praise for him too. Within not even 1 day my car was sorted out by VW and delivered back to me by Gavin. All in all my experience with Dube Auto Body was of a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional service and excellent body work.
My son purchases a pair of Air Jordan 1 on the 22/11/2020 which cost him R2,699.00 and to date he still has not received them!!! All he received was a response to say they getting his order ready and will notify him when they have been sent - we are almost 2 months later and still no further feedback nor has he received them. This is a lot of money to pay and this is absolute robbery and theft!!! He has sent them numerous emails with NO responses!!!
BEST service & motor vehicle claim was handled with such professionalism and care from start when I called in to log the claim with Tracey Naidoo to the Assessor Ryno Louw who travelled all the way down from Port Elizabeth to assess my vehicle which is important to note that I had for 2 hours and then had an accident which amounted to R56,000.00 on the 23/12/2020 and it was finalized and settled by the 30/12/2020 with the vehicle being collected on the 4/1/2021 to be taken to the body shop for repairs. I can absolutely with out a doubt recommend Outsurance and all I have is praise for Tracey and Ryno for the professional way in which they handled my claim. They are a true asset to Outsurance - this is not just a job for them they are so professional and true to their words and take their jobs seriously. They definitely get a 10/10 from me!!!! Thank you so much for making my life so much easier and reducing my stress - you will never know how i appreciate this and your service level!
