Horrible service
I had the worst experience at tyres and more Jackol creek . Where I purchased a vehicle battery which had a 2 year warranty in 2023 . On the first year the battery was damaged i came first they didn’t want to give me a new battery . They ended up giving me one . They gave me a new one 6 months down the line it’s damaged the mananger is telling me that they is nothing they can do . That means they batteries are **** how do I drive with 2 batteries in a period of such a short time . I am horrified by the quality of they products and management!!!!!!!!

THE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER
I’m rating Medshield Zero The consultants are rude … Twice I was told off by the consultants I needed to see psychologist and no one explained the process of them lapsing my savings before I can access pmb .. oh then I went to the psychologist then I saw my savings are getting used!!!? I call for explanation I’m told then stop going what’s your problem??? By the consultant .. second one I currently have a situation that requires an operation i am in terrible pain..was told “go to bara hospital “ if it’s that bad !!? but I’m paying thousands of rands of this stupid medical aid!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I had the worst experience by a trainer named Sihle I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with Sihle, the trainer at Virgin active Northgate ..The way I was treated by him was completely unacceptable. I don’t believe it’s right to be shouted at or treated unfairly, especially considering we are paying customers. I feel that I deserve a formal written apology from your staff member, as his behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and childish. The treatment at that club is terrible they treat us like we are ghetto because we are paying a “cheap” membership??? Treatment at virgin active Northgate is ill and it all starts with the staff from the reception.. the only people who treat you right are the cleaners and the fitness instructors the rest ??? Are TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessionals , obnoxious
Fnb gave them the authority to handle my mom's decease estate. The bong was paid up now I man being bul**** by them and shouted at when I ask relevant questions like why do they have to be the executor of the estate I'm being told it's they right they will told what they want ???????? I'm being I'll treated when I ask relevant questions????

Never stay at afcho
I stayed at one of the Afcho buildings, the worst experience ever ever time you lodge a complaint you are never assisted only provided with a log number. I am upset I decided to move out , I put in a notice and even called to confirm with the agreement, now I’m being told I will not going to get my deposit back .. Afcho has to be one of the worst buildings to stay at I am livid !! I don’t know how many times I have called the call center no one can assist
