I dealt with customer service and a gentleman by the name of Clayton. Clayton was extremely helpful, understanding and professional in assisting us with our concerns. Clayton went well and above his calling and assisted us with great efficiency! Clayton is a huge asset to King Price and I hope they know what a great representative Clayton is to King Price!
I was just assisted by a polite and very professional lady by the name of Laurette. I had a problem that was not getting resolved and she made sure that it got resolved while charming me down. Thank you for you kindness and you are a huge asset to king Price!!
I recently purchased the funko pop Joker! Once again I have been sent the incorrect item by takealot. This is the forth time in recent months that they have done this, and with NO ownership of their errors!! I email them and all I get is a hundred and one excuses! I also bought it for R235 an they charged me R279 and would not refund me or admit they were wrong even though their website clearly says R235! Their customer service is a disgrace!!
I just visited the canal walk golfers club and we were kindly greeted straight away on entering the store. I explained what I wanted and then after walking around the store I was approached by Stuart who said he just spoke to the gentleman that I explained everything too on entering the store! He went at us like a pit bull forcing his services on us even though we clearly stated what we were wanting snd the time frame of our visit. He started talking to me on what he was about to offer which was great but as soon as I showed that I knew a great deal about golf bring a 7 handicap snd knowing my own game, Stuart became very arrogant and defensive when I showed him that I knew just as much as him. He did not like that at all and showed a great deal of irritation and frustration towards me!! Not a great experience dealing with Stuart!!
Takealot are so full of constant excuses that they take absolutely NO responsibility for anything that they do. I have just been having a back and forth email with them snd ownership is never taken! Takealot via all about themselves snd filling their pockets with hard working peoples money! They have no loyalty to customers who have been buying with them for years! It’s pathetic how little they care!
My wife and I just purchased a new VW T-Cross from the VW Claremont branch. Second time I’ve purchased this specific Wonder Woman and it’s the second time that Takealot has sent us the incorrect version! How difficult is it to read the correct version and the box even has a number on it, so no reason for this to happen! We even wrote an email about the first time they sent us the incorrect one and yet they still sent us the wrong one, yet AGAIN!!
I live in Plumstead on Churchill Road. I have written several emails to all the various departments about the high volume of traffic, speeding, drag racing, eighteen wheel trucks and delivery/ service trucks that are going down Churchill Road and using it to get to either the M5 highway or to Southfield. We have seen two speed bumps placed at the top of Churchill Road but when I ask for speed bumps for the lower side of Churchill Road before the circle I get rude emails with literally every possible excuse in the book. We have a junior school and high school roughly 100m from our house, children walking home, people running or walking their dogs. We have had a car hit he curb and tree due to excessive speeding to flip itself onto its roof and another car with a drunk driver crash into our driveway. Yet nothing is ever done to stop or resolve these matters! I had a police officer agree to put up a speed detector and I spoke to him snd he said he agreed with what I have complained about and asked to have done yet I get excuses! I have suggested more speed bumps, a fixed camera box, pedestrian crossings but cars wouldn’t stop anyway! What needs to happen for these issues to be resolved and addressed, a child, person or animal needs to be killed by a speeding car, all because I’m told that Churchill Road is wide enough for all these offenses to go unaddressed! I gave petitions from around the neighborhood on at least two occasions yet nothing has happened or changed!
