My first order was not fulfilled in full. Simple order with 2 items and a quantity of 2 each, yet only 1 of each was delivered. No contact numbers exist or work for Orbit Rings

Paid for my license renewal on 04-01-2024. Delivered just out of the turnaround time, which I had no issue. On 23-01-2024 I reachedout via email after my phone call got no attention, to enquire about an overcharge. Emailed these people on (11 Dec, 18 Dec 2023, 17 Jan, 5 February) and no response to any of the emails. That is, after trying to call in prior to 11-12-2023 where the phone does not get answered. Shocking. Business must be good
Received expired stock today 07-10-2023 which expired in July 2023 already. 3rd time this has occurred within a span of 1.5 months despite having written confirmation from Takealot.com that stock is checked before leaving the warehouse
Everything goes well shopping online / from the sales side, but After-sales service and responses thereof for a product that is defective within its warranty period is like pulling teeth.
This business quotes you on something, which you accept and pay for, but cannot then invoice you out the amount you paid / as per their quote. Very unprofessional. Advise you stay away
Online Ordering where orders are fulfilled by the East London (Hemmingways) branch is a joke Other than past issues, they send their driver out to deliver with no cell phone to communicate with customers, therefore the parcel is never delivered on time and requires the customer to phone in. No update from the branch either
