The Engen in Chelsea Village has a very poorly stocked Woolies shop and even worse, often has NO FUEL. I've been twice this month, 6:30am in the morning and they haven't had fuel. What is the point of a garage with no fuel?
I placed an online order from Pick n Pay Home on 17th Dec for collection 18th December. Drove all the way from Wynberg to Brackenfell only to be told that the one item is out of stock and that I was notified of this. I was NOT. Whatsapp, emails and phone call to Pick n Pay numbers provided result in further frustration. No response to whatsapp/email and keep being cut off by call centre. Am told I must wait up to 7 days for a refund. Totally unaccpeptable service all round. Will not make the same mistake twice.
Motla are the water metering service providers for my apartment billing. For over 6 months I have been trying to get them to tell me why the sewerage charge is higher than the water charge but they just couldn't be bothered to clarify.
I have been trying to speak to someone since end January. My calls are always cut off during transfer from 1 dept to another. I have emailed twice as a follow up but have not yet had a customer service consultant contact me back. I am selling my house and want to know what to do should the new owner wish to continue with National Fire!
On 4 Dec I placed an order for a specific item I wanted to wear to a function on 6 Dec (Order # ********** ). I received package timeously, however, my item was not inside. I called, was told to take photo's and email -which I immediately did. I received an email a day later requesting photo's - which I sent again. I also requested a FULL REFUND as I was not responsible for packaging the incorrect item and my function had come and gone! On 11 Dec I got a email from another consultant saying that they could not refund delivery cost and I must send my banking details. Ridiculous that the customer must be punished for shoddy packaging and I said so. To date I have heard nothing further AND the incorrect item is STILL in my possession!!
On 27th November I ordered 2 x filter cartridges for our office water cooler online. Payment was made on 28th November. When I heard nothing further a couple days later I went to track order and it said payment deadline missed. I have since emailed my proof of payment twice and followed up with emails and phone calls only to be told repeatedly that accounts have not yet matched payment to order!! It's impossible for a payment made on 29th NOT to reflect on your bank account, so what is the hold up? I did not miss payment deadline in the first place either.
My contract ended on 01 Feb 2016. I have been trying since then to ensure that it is cancelled. Eventually managed to speak to someone yesterday, was informed that you have to give 1 months notice. Not happy to do that but will because I will be glad when it is done. HOWEVER I get a sms yesterday to say that contract cancellation will be 31 March 2016. Isn't that 2 months notice? I would like someone to adjust this to end Feb as I have emailed my request for cancellation on 01 Feb after holding forever via cell phone all the while being told your lines are busy!
Member 000963226 Dependant 03 requires 2 surgical procedures by same surgeon. One is dental and the other is removal of tumour on jaw. Letter from Dr sent to various recipients at Dental Auth and Hosp auth on 21 Aug. 24 Aug email received from Primecure stating that they have approved dental and forwarded to MHRS for assistance. I followed up on 26 Aug with email. Called on 28 Aug, spoke to Lindiwe, who first told me that there was no letter on system and then told me to wait for auth. I have once again called this morning and spoken to Ashley who now claims that a request for further motivation was sent to my husband (at an email address that does not exist) and Dr Fakir on 28, 29 & 30 Aug. I highly doubt this ever happened as 29 & 30 Aug are a Sat and Sunday. Furthermore, I have emailed complaints@gems on 28 Aug as well and no surprise, but I am still waiting on a response from them. GEMS admin is utterly pathetic. Surgery is scheduled for tomorrow and at this rate I will never get an auth number. WHAT THE HECK DO WE BELONG TO A MEDICAL AID FOR?????
