I called game promenade about 25 times today on the 3rd of February I sent my laptop for repairs from then I have not received any calls or update so I call today and probably after my 10th call someone answered then reffered me to customer service who said she will get back to me because she needs to check at the back if they received my laptop. No call back nothing. I then call back 15 times later and still no answer what is happening at the store why can't you answer your phones do you need more staff it's frustrating.
On the 1st Dec 2024 I purchased a Hisense 264L Bottom Freezer Fridge Inox H370BIT and received the order on the 2nd Dec 2024 I was amazed at how fast delivery was. The delivery guy then carefully took the fridge off the bakkie and brought the item in my house, he requested that I sign the delivery note which I did. He then asked me to unwrap the box for him to take pics I did. I noticed a small dent in the middle the delivery driver told me I needed to get in touch with customer service. I immediately message them and their reply was that they would escalate the matter. I received a call from Berche who works in the mitchells plain branch who requested that I send pics, according to her and I qoute ''However its not a dent its the glare of the fridge. You can be refunded but no further discounts can be given as it was on a massive sale" this was her message on whatsapp I told her I know the difference between a glare and a dent you can feel a dent she then rep**** saying she don't disagree with me. Apparently there was no stock and I can get a refund because the fridge is now back to it normal price I could not believe what this consultant was telling. what kind of ****** service was this no accountability at all. I told her I refuse to pay the original price as its not my fault I received this dented item honestly its not a bad dent but why should I pay full for an item that is not in perfect condition. The consultant then said she will come back to me as she was waiting on a response from the supplier. I am tired of fighting for what is mine Hifi corp you will not get a cent out of me again.
On Monday I made a payment to my friends a account, about an hour later I hear my phone ringing I see its Discovery ***** department I then tried to answer but they dropped the call. Discovery bank then sends me an email about a ***** case opened against my account I need to call them. Discovery has an in app face recognition that you need to partake in order to have funds paid from your account. Cleary they can see its my face that took the selfie hence the payment was granted. I tried logging in to my account. I then called the call center and got through to the general department they then transferred me over to another agent who was also in the general department . after being 30 mins on the call the agent comes back to me by the name of Kelebogile stating she is not able to get through to the ***** department and that I should wait on the ***** team to call me. my time my money wasted on airtime. I am looking forward to closing my bank account I have never in my life experience such horrible service then to top it off when I asked to speak to TL she said Naledi not in office she can only chat to her via email. I have never heard of a team working in office without a team leader in office in if it wasn't from their team. I have things to pay and cant do it because of them
When trying to add my nephew on my funeral policy. The consultant was very rude and sarcastic I could not believe the attitude I got when I was giving him a sale. I then lodge a complaint 7 working days later still no reply. I feel like the company it being run by a bunch of *****sters
I was served by a cashier by the name of Nolothando Kalako, who gave me great service. First she greeted me with a smile I was having a bad and she just made it better. usually the cashiers just say would you like a bag but she was friendly even after helping me she thanked me and greeted me goodbye. she is really an asset.
I went to sorbet to have my nail done after a week 2 of the nails fell off I then went to the store to advise them what happened. I was gifted a complimentary voucher which I did not know had an expiry date that was my own fault I didn't read the terms and conditions. I went to canal walk to redeem my voucher by buying sorbet products I was then told I can not use the voucher for products only treatments. COVID happened and my voucher expired in 2022 I then emailed Sorbet to find out if they could renew my voucher as I never used it they rep**** saying no sorry it can not be renewed also it was already used this was my Reply to them " Good day, I hope you are doing well. I finally found the email in the spam box to ref # SOR031072 The email says I used the Voucher in 2021 which is not true. I went to canal walk Dry bar and bought a number of Sorbet products. I then gave the girl the voucher and she said Sorry the voucher is not working because items are only used for treatments and not Sorbet products she then cancelled the order and I was only able to buy a few things. Please investigate who stole my voucher at the store as I did not use it. If you go back to the camera for that day you will see I only bought Sorbet creams and stuff, the rest was put back cause I could not get it on my voucher. I would never ask for my voucher to be renewed if I had used it because I know you would be able to pick it up. Also please let me know what treatment does it say I got in 2021 Kind Regards Samantha And this was the reply I got from Nthabiseng NK who CCd the Specialist Ammaarah MO Thank you for your response. Kindly note with regards to the voucher in question, the voucher is a complimentary voucher which was issued in the year 2019 and with our terms and conditions vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase / issuing. Please note the voucher has unfortunately expired and cannot be re-instated. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Now please explain to me how that is answering my question. I then sent a msg advising that they have not answered my question only to be rep**** with the same answer. How can they not understand my question yes I accept that the voucher will not be renewed but someone used it at the store that day I think it was one of the workers coz they were the only people I gave the code to. Horrible service received from the start what a waste of my money
I had the pleasure of buying my laptop at the Itech store. I was a bit skeptical at first as I am from cape town and the store is all the way in Pietermaritzburg. I thought what would happen if I needed to send my item in for repair...anyway murphy's law happened and I needed to have my item repaired. Rowan then helped me get my item fixed and made the process such a breeze his just brilliant he always kept me up to date with what was happening. Rowan I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service you provided from the purchasing of my item Your great communication skills, and always willing to help made my experience even better than I expected. On the 7th of June I was held Hostage at gunpoint with my kids the Bravo men stole my TVs laptops PlayStation and cellphone when the Bravo men left I pressed the emergency button waiting for help the police arrived 10mins later the detective an hour later and the forensics team 30mins after the detective 2 hours later ADT arrives and responds to my emergency requests what happened to the 8 to 14 mins your promised in the contract please come get your things out of my place I do not want to be in contract with you if I was hurt badly I probably would have died waiting on you guys for help I hate your service and I hate that I don't feel safe knowing if in an emergency again you rock up 2 hours later
I had my alarm system installed in November 2020 only to find out my alarm could not be armed at night because whenever I walked in the my bedroom the alarm would go off ,so i called ADT for assistance who then advised the technician needed to by pass something on the alarm...today 23.03.2021 i am still waiting for that tech guy after numerous calls still no help. STRIKE 2 my panic button has been arming itself for the past few weeks ADT call i explain the same story panic button broken please send a technician out to fix my alarm this query was lodged in February its now march I do not feel safe using ADT is there anyone who can buy out ADT so i can move to a different company there service stinks real bad i wish i never joined
