Very poor services resulted in loss of income due to unrealistic expectations. Do not trust this company. I initially spoke to the salesperson who referred me to his manager for assistance after agreeing that he would quote me on dry Ice and include courier to my destination they send me a quote. I accepted the quote and payment done. Arranged for a date that the dry ice should be delivered due to the specialized people also paid (expensive). The dry ice was not delivered. The response came through that they are not able to deliver to our destination and we should get our own courier. Now 2 days later and a lot of expenses later for specialists awaiting the ice no ice as yet. Very unprofessional.
Where to begin. Still so shocked. Wow Wow Wow. Monday did a credit check on the Mit Mak Motor site for free. Recieved the report within 2 minutes. Tuesday Morning Hendry called me to find out if I am interested in a vehicle. Of course yes. But just bought a house credit my not be approved. 40min later called by Hendry and asked can we sign today. Wow, of course. Recieved the mail. Signed all and send back. They even helped me with my online submissions. Wednesday I was told the vehicle is going for inspection and then I could have it. Here is the problem for me. How do I get to Pretoria to uplift the vehicle with my tight schedule. Hendry immideatly had a solution: We deliver free of charge anywhere in the country. Today is Thursday and gues what. The vehicle is in my garage in Vryheid KZN. Excellent Service. If you are a go getter, hard worker, no time for stories and nitty gritties call Mit Mak. At least we had some fun also. My dog came around the car when Ndumiso delivered the vehicle. 2 seconds one large jump and he was from standing next to me over the driver seat onto the passenger seat. I almost layed on the floor from laughter. Tears were running down my face so much I laughed. Bobby, you are running one hell of an excellent tight ship. No Bull****. Straight to the point. One very happy client.
Since December I am on a 50mb line. They are invoicing me for a 50mb line and could not once even deliver 20mb. Numerous calls and 100's of tickets opened and no satisfaction. I am a up to date client with payments 2 months in advance. A person would think that a client like myself would be looked after seeing that I pay in advance but no, Jenny is just in it for debit and not service. I requested in March to be downgraded to a 20mb line and to date nothing. Internet is almost never available.
Jenny Internet, what a disgrace. And do not reply to my post and say you will look into it as this is all empty promises. In 3 months I had 2 weeks internet. I keep on paying as a true client and never miss a payment. You can't even just physically send someone and sort me out. This is my only means of entertainment. IF THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A COMPANY RATHER CLOSE DOWN AND LET ANOTHER COMPANY STEP UP THAT WANT TO DO BUSINESS My last ticket that "was resolved" according to you guys: Ticket 2022-03-16-576 has been resolved. My internet was never resolved and still is not resolved.
I joined Miway insurance on the 11th of August 2020. Took out car and household insurance. Unfortunate in December 2020 lightning struck and I lost almost all my appliances in my house, I replaced alot of my appliances myself and stipulated items to insurance for replacement. They send an assesor to me that came and picked up my appliances and a few weeks after that I recieved response that my claim were approved. Jippeeee what a good service. During the call I was told that my access moved up to R3500 as I was not yet 3 months with miway. My inception date on email is 11.08.2020? Then when I enquired my Technics smart television replacement as it was not mentioned I was told that no report from the assesor on this device and that I did not claim for it. I replied that I did indicate this on the miway app and I then called the assesor to enquire about this. The assesor assured me he send everything through to the insurance. Miway said they will come back to me. To date I have to call them again today as they do not call. Miway the company itself is excellent but the people I dealt with do not belong there as they put Miway's name in disrispute.
