Identity has the rudest Debt Collection company ever. I missed an installment for a month. I keep getting calls asking in a rude manner if I will be paying the account today or tomorrow when I keep telling the agents I will pay before the 5 of the new month. This reflects a very poor background of the company. I always pay my account because I missed an installment by 1 month should I be treated less of a customer to identity?
I have been to the John Dory 's at Cornubia Mall on Sunday, it was the worst experience ever .From the service of the waiter to the food all was horrible.The waiter by the name of Sibiya Nkosi was so rude ,when the food arrived I asked him for a plate so I can put the shells of the prawns and I also told him that the rice in the 3 meals that was ordered had no salt and that the starter that was ordered came with a roll but instead he brought rice could he please sort it out after hearing my complaint about the food and the need for a plate he ignored it and go to see to a new customer and spends more than 5minutes at that table whilst I am still waiting .When we called him again he just clicked his tongue ,laughed sarcastically and walked passed whilst others looked at me strangely.When another waiter came and assisted she just brought rice mixed with a flavoring which again was horrible cause there was no salt in rice and she brought the bun and rice when we ate the meals already.We have been many tyms to Wilson Warf John Dory's and from the food to the service we recieve it is always more than 100% .However the expierence at this branch is terrible, they lack good customer service and preparation in food is poor.I am very disappointed ,we will never want anyone to experience what we have .A a amount of 500 was spent which I am sure could have been spent elsewhere with better food and customer experience. I have been coming to the Kfc Northern drive in Phoenix for almost 15 years. This is the 1st time that I have seen the ice cream machine not active for almost a year. This is so annoying. It's either they have a problem with ice cram or no chicken... otherwise have to wait for long for chicken
I received a defy chest freezer 2 weeks ago. Received it with 2 big dents. Took it up with Game they sent me another 1 on Friday. It is missing 2 legs. I have plugged on from Friday still not getting frozen or building any frost. I called in the customer care. The response I got was when a technician is in the area then they will have a look. It is the peak of the shopping week for the festive season and yet I'm still not getting any help for purchasing a Defy brand
Most useless doctor. He's been my doctor ever since I have joined the medical aid. He never will refer you you to a specialist. He says Discovery Key Plus Wong allow it or pay for it and he can't motivate it. Took my son twice to him this past 2 weeks. My son is still sick. He refused to give me authorization to see a pediatrician. He says we have to monitor him for 3 months. I asked him what If my son must suffer for 3 months. He says he won't suffer. I took my son to Mt Edgecombe casualty to get My son treated because he was of no help. Finally due to the good doctors at the hospital I got to see the pediatrician and got the Authorization from medical aid. Please don't go to him. Unless you have alot of money to run around and have all the time
What a beautiful holiday home. Just as the Internet showed pics and features, this was all the same. What a lovely house keeper by the name of Zanele. Beautiful views and the pool was superb. Very clean and neat. Would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you Nomfundo for your lovely holiday home.
Very poor service. My installation was done on Friday the 15th of October and today is Sunday. I am still not able to use the service. They take so long to install and now that it is installed I can't use it yet
