Can someone please assist with sending my study material?how do I study without my study material I have been calling stadio everytime when I call Krugersdorp campus I will be promised that I will receive them next week,it's almost ended of the second semester without my study material ,I have registered early July now it's almost end of August,this is unprofessional.

Staff doesn't check on the baby for more than 2 hours ,and baby is admitted at Paedetritic critical care ,which I believe one needs to check on the baby time and again,machines keeps on beeping..manager always in the office doesn't walk around to ensure that the service is running smoothly ,this hospital is no difference from public hospital.
I'm experiencing the same issue.time.and again,and when I call I get different stories claim submitted since 04 April till today not paid it's so stressful for the patient while dealing with underlying conditions you still need to deal with non payment.

I struggled last month called the call center numerous times to create a new debit order mandate because you debited my account before pay day,I went to the bank to get the error sorted ,but again same thing happened why the hell do you debit someone before pay day?iim getting annoyed I will report the issue to the NCR,can't always call your useless call center agents who knows nothing

the owner is not well upstairs,i my child's nappy came back very wet and i simply asked her to make sure that ts doesn't happen next time and very politely guess what she went crazy she said the nappy got wet outside her creche its not her responsibility okay fine i let it go the following day i took the baby again she took all the nappies that were not used she squashed them and placed them in a plastic and then she wrote a very rude letter saying that i should take the nappies and smell them and see if they are wet ........To cut the story short the owner HEIDI IS insane.
