A lady called BIBI at East Point Rentals accounts department gave me the worst service ever .. The worst company to ever deal with when It comes to rentals , I was there a few months ago to enquire about my payments and weeks left to finish off my vehicle and she gave a number I don't know when she took from on top of my expected weeks....and recently I'm from there again to confirm with what she told me but again she is extending the time frame being helped by her colleague SHANAZ ...She doesn't want to account to what she told me previously... I even tried to look for someone responsible for the whole department I was told they can help me , I have to take what BIBI or else I leave They just don't want anyone to finish off paying their vehicles they keep on pushing you to a corner of failing.. My father had an account with them aswell ,all he did was to pay it off after such behaviour was introduced to him aswell The worst company and service I wouldn't wish or recommend even my enemy to face
The worst choice I've ever made was choosing this bus, as i walked in on Monday and booked a ticket to ladysmith for Wednesday. Before booking i asked the guy if cancelling will be possible should my plans change,with his big head he agreed. As if i knew that i had to postpone the trip ,so with the advantage of cancelling the booking, i had to go back and ask them to cancel the booking. I was told I'm going to get only half of my fair and not today but after 15 working days...Ok i had to ask them to reschedule the trip, only to be told i have to add money again of which when i calculate its more or less a quarter of what i have paid already ....if only i was told what the procedure of cancelling or rescheduling will be ,then i wouldn't have booked at all..but thanks a lot for the worst, i can't stay for this kind of treatment as if i ride for free
Imagine having a phone with no network in some areas ,vodacom network sucks & when i call them telling them about this issue they always escalating the case they will get back to me,during this pandemic working from home is the only think we do and we need network, but with my vodacom network its always off Calling them only to get the response of them saying they will come to fix their network tower but still nothing ,at the end of the i lost a lot of clients who tried to call me and since i dont have network i cant call them aswell..imagine when u want to call you have to drive fro 5min to the next area to use their network tower... This is just a mess mmm***x
Mtn is really getting into my nerves ,imagine loading airtime and calling somebody but the last minutes of your call are spent by this old lady repeatedly saying that you only have enough airtime for a short call please load airtime , which frustrates me a lot because when i load airtime its obvious i know probably for how long the call is gonna be, so i have it in mind that I'll run out of airtime soon ,so i dont need no one disturbing me from that little airtime I've got. And after all calling the customer care to lay the complain all they do is laugh and make you feel very tiny even more than you felt from the call One thing i hate the most is being disturbed especially when calling because most of my calls are when i call my clients and this makes me angry I think i have to shop around for better Choose these networks carefully
