Nosi was so helpful and understanding
Nosi was so helpful and understanding. She really went above and beyond to ensure that I get the best unit with my budget. She was very friendly and patient. Explained everything to the tea..... and logged a maintainance query for me after she noticed something that needed attention.

The worst ever
Shein has made the biggest mistake trusting their business with LSG logistics, their numbers don't go through to agent that can assist with your query, I paid for a speedy delivery but the experience is so tormenting. Other things are out of our control but I don't have peace of mind knowing that my package is with this compnay. The worst ever

Teachers bullying kids
The School is perfect and has the some of the best teachers but my son was bul**** by a teacher called Miss Mdluli, Technology teacher and still experiencing the same bullying by that teacher. As a mother I feel defeated when my son says I shouldn't say anything because me opening a complaint against her 2023, made things worse for him. She blantly told him that he doesn't want to teach him. What can I do honestly. I'm beyond defeated and I feel hopeless. Our children should be same and open to their teachers. I'm afraid that if he doesn't understand something he won't be able to get assistance from her.

Paid Up Letter Request with MBD Failed.
I have never been so disappointed in my life, i am so hurt and heart broken. I took an account with Mr Price i think 2018 and sortly lost my job and couldn't make payment to the account, but as soon as i got a job, the first thing i did was to settle the account and close it, February this year marks 2 years since i settle my account. The attorney's i was handed over to (MBD Attorney's) have not given me a paid up letter and Mr Price won't even help me out, or intervene in the matter. It's been 2 years they won't give me my freedom.

Paid up letter request.
I can't believe the level of service and the kind of employee this company hire's, I called in 2019 and asked for my paid up letter and no one sent it to me. When i called in today, someone said the account was not settled with them and therefore i must call back MrPrice and get the settlement letter from them. I call MrPrice and they say i must call back MBD Attorneys, I have been trying to get a hold of them for an hour, a lady called Lebo answers and transfers my call, only for it to be hung up. This is really shameful and disgraceful, a client shouldn't even call in to for a paid up letter or fight for something like this. February will be my second year without a paid up letter.
