<div>I have purchase a Ford Wildtrack 2.0 Bi-Turbo from this dealer. End of February 2024.with 82 000km. After the first month I have notice a whistle sound, the vehicle was send back to them and they told me a nut has broken off from the Manifold, which took them 3 weeks to repair, two days later we notice a horrible sound coming from the engine bay, they borrow us another vehicle which come to a standstill on our way back from Heidelberg to Meyerton 30km, according to them just a small Electrical fault, this took them 2 weeks to repair. Horrible Horrible service and incompetance</div>
As an older ly couple we booked at Sabi River Sun as from 22/09/2022- 24.On 23 at around 16h00 a large group off African Lady's booked 6 room's at the Sabi R Sun making a large amount of noise since 18h00 at around 21h00 I contact reception twice with NO answer, I also contact the kitchen staff from our room which answer the phone. To complain about the noise No one reacted, I got out of Bed walk to the front desk to find the the guy at reception on the phone. Eventually I got hold of another receptionist in a office room which was very rood to Me, She said the lady's has booked 6 rooms and they cannot chase them away. I. ask for the Manager which was also not helpful and offer to me Me to another level or to another Hotel at 21h30 which I declined, Is this the way Sabi River Sun Hazyview treat There customers 🫣🫣🫣
And so, I went back to Exclusive Auto Gezina Pretoria ,After the first bad service I receive where the Manager decide to Sell My (Vehicle which was due to be delivered the next day) to one of his friends, So I decide to gave them a second change and bought a similar Landcruiser from them 3 weeks later ,this was now 2 weeks ago ,till today I have not receive My Registration papers number plate and the R32500-00 as 0art if the deal for a Canopy .Sorry Exclusive your vehicle will be back on Tuesday morning 08h00 , According to Wesbank I can still cancelled the deal.
We have applied yesterday for finance from Excludive Auto's on a Toyota Landcruiser awaiting approval ,this afternoon receive a call that the Owner of Exclusive Auto Gezina Pretoria has sell the vehicle to one of his friends .This is poor poor service ,I would not recommend anyone to doe any Business with them
We did a booking through Rci at La Montagne Ballito.What a disgrace the place is dirty and no room cleaning service was available over Dec Our room was not upto standard and not clean after many complains to the resort Manager we still awaiting feedback .
