Again struggling with FNB ! This is frustrating! I recently existed Debt review and gave all my creditors my clearance certificate! Yet FNB STILL HAS A TEMPORARY LOAN FROM JANUARY 2020 ON MY SANLAM CREDIT CHECK PORTAL! COME ON GUYS REALY?
After my previous review I received only 4 of my 5 letters I can't believe I am still under debt review due to this
I don't know why Mr price chose this Mickey mouse company to handle their collections firstly I contacted about my wife's account due to the fact that she is not very good with communication and she gave me permission to handle the affairs pertaining to this account after confirming with her via telephone communication the next time that I phoned they asked for permission again we are married in community of property and are both under the same debt review file secondly after I paid the outstanding balance on the account on the 20th of June and day confirmed that they got the payment on the 21st of June iPhone in to acquire a paid up letter when they told me it will take 7 to 10 days to issue this letter but the letter was only requested on the 25th asking why they told me that day had to wait for Monday to request this letter the 25th was on the Tuesday which is actually also my birthday so do they not work on a Friday thirdly after calling again on the first week of July I spoke to another consultant which told me now it will take seven to 21 working days after phoning again of the seven days to inquire about the progress of this request they taught me it will be seven to 14 working days but I must also send an email to their collections queries after sending a letter to regulation queries they informed me that it TAT ACCORDING TO THE EMAIL IS 7 TO 14 WORKING DAYS TODAY IS THE 8TH OF JULY WHICH MEANS IT'S 10 WORKING DAYS! Welcome to 2024 Easton Berry collections! Wake up!
On the 18th of June And 20th of June respectively I settled my last two accounts on debt review! I paid my accounts religiously since 2019! I then requested paid up letters as well as the accounts to be removed from my profile ... Anyone who has been under debt review will understand how frustrating it is if you can't get the documents to be removed from debt review! I had a total of 5 accounts with FNB and 6 with the other creditors! I have all the other paid up letters and only 1 from FNB! I have spent hours of airtime on phone calls ... And have been promised action as well as call backs by departments and supervisors untill today I have not received! But enough is enough! HOW CAN WE HELP U?(TO STAY IN DEBT)
Not only are their prices very high but when you do find a special and for whatever reason you do not have your rewards card with you they will not allow you to use your details to claim the rewards and get the discount totally useless
My parcel was loaded onto the vehicle at 8h47 and I kept tracking it at 14h00 I called to find out what is going on ... My parcel never changed to en-route on the tracking link ... The driver called me once and when I answered he disconnected the call... I am very unhappy about their service! Customer services does not answer the phone and reception tried their best to assist me but to no avail! 5min to 17h00 I recieved a text with a link stating that my parcel could not be delivered due to routing issues... This is unprofessional and not acceptable
Maxi's has to train their employees to better serve the customers in any way possible i tried to ask the manager to use the functionality of the speed point that gives you a bar code i told him just press one button and check if it can i activate an bar code for me to scan and pay using my fnb app he told me he does not do that i am if i did not want to try but he told me he is not interested in doing it Mr Meshack from Maxi's at Caltex the Ranch on N1
In the middle of December I went to Pretoria North capitec branch to close my account there were some outstanding deductions ! i was told to come back and come straight back to the consultant not wait in a que as i have a standing appointment! Then I was told that one of my accounts has a block stating that I am deceased on the 30th of December! I was told by the consultant that he wil contact me when the hold has been removed and since that day no one called me! I called customer care today and stil there is a block on my account
I was under another debt review service that did not pay as they were supposed to ... after changing my new reviev company sent Old mutual a proposal... meanwhile old mutual sent me a sms that they expect payment on the full amount and on the 30th they just deducted the full amount! Today I called in to old mutual's debt review department and as I am writing this review it has been 40 min + no anwer yet! This is very unprofessional and unfair!
On the 1st of December I transferred funds from my one account to another not seeing that I pressed the wrong account I only realised later on that I transferred the money to one of my accounts that is under debt review I have been trying since the 1st of December to get a refund I have been told a lot of different stories and cannot understand why in 2022 almost 23 that money cannot be recovered from one of my own accounts my ID number be the only person on this accounts having a ridiculous long turnaround time of 15 working days is unreasonable and unacceptable I spoke to all the powers that be trying to receive my money due to the fact that there is no food in my house no money for petrol to go buy food and Sunday was my son's 18 year old birthday I phoned at 2:30 again to find out after being promised that the money might be in on Friday or Saturday and then again at 8:00 this morning when I phoned I was told the money should be in today I was told that I would get a call back with feedback but it's going for 4:00 which is the closing time and I still have not received the call or any information about when I will receive my money back I really cannot believe that in today's technology that you can still wait so long for your own money in your own account press 1 button which takes about 1 minute and then wait days on end for your money just to be returned to yourself
