What a pleasant experience signing up for insurance for my fur baby. Charlize was professional, friendly and very helpful. Having insured my pet for the first time, Charlize gave me great input on the different packages, what to consider as my baby grows and also not forcing me to sign up for the most expensive option. She called back when she said she would and accommodated me with every change. Thank you for your excellent service!
I am sorely disappointed in the service received from Clicks. The dispensary is always understaffed, the staff who are there are very slow and the call and collect service is a waste of time because 99% of the time the phone isn't answered. I moved to this store for the ebucks, but the rewards I get is not worth the headache of trying to get service here. Clicks, you really need to up your game!
FNB is absolutely useless with their customer service. I have tried for 2 weeks trying to get information about a transaction on my account and when doing a follow up, no one in any of the 4 departments I was transferred to, knew what was happening. Even when providing your own query reference number, I was either hung up on, or told to hold until they figured out they didn't know what they were doing and transferred me. You're quick to upgrade your systems to track everything with my ID number and smart App, but you do nothing to to upgrade the employees who need to work with these systems and still be the link between that and the customer. Super disappointed I moved to you.
I recently dealt with these attorney's and, being new to purchasing a home, have never felt more at ease with the process than I thought I could be having the team at Smit & Booysen Attorneys dealing with the transfer for me. What a lovely team to work with! They are professional, friendly, efficient and reliable. After moving out, I got my deposit back with the interest they're supposed to add to it. Their monthly invoicing was always on time, queries were resolved quickly and any maintenance issues were sorted out almost immediately. I was sorry to leave them, but if I continued to rent property, I would have stayed just for them. Thank you for the many great years together! :)
I am very disappointed with the service received from Afrihost. Firstly, they claimed I had fibre in the new complex I moved into, but there wasn't and it took me 3 hours of my own investigating to figure this out. Then, at this point Afrihost had already taken my money for the installation to which they committed to a refund. Upon enquiring, I was told it would be returned to me in 7 to 10 working day from the date of cancellation. Today is day 10 and again, after my own investigating and no communication from Afrihost, I have now been informed that I will only be receiving my refund on the 1st of June. How is this customer service? How can you possibly justify keeping my money if no installation or any services were rendered. You're quick to request my fibre device back and insist on certain criteria from my part, but you can't even stick to your own commitment. Shame on you for your poor treatment of a customer. No wonder you're losing service to other companies, you're treating us like ****.
I was charged an insufficient funds bank charge because FNB decided they were going to process some of my payments on days they felt like it. I had various transactions happen in a 3 day period which didn't fit into FNB's schedule (and budget) so they conveniently processed some transactions early and others late so they could charge me a reversal fee for a debit order that was processed. The transactions that happened to interfere with this debit order, according to FNB, happened to be processed on Sunday, after the debit order date of Saturday. How can you process transactions that happened on a Sunday a day early to suit your needs and so that you can claim insufficient funds? Now I have to contact that company and explain to them why your **** has negatively affected me, never mind the further repercussions of this against my name. You better fix this!
