Good service from Thuso at Standard Bank
Five stars for Thuso at Standard Bank fraud department. Usually Standard bank service is absolutely rotten, but Thuso is brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt.

Zero service, charged for 200Mb/s but getting 20Mb/s
0 Stars. Knysna branch. Requested and paid for increase in Telkom line speed. Almost a whole month has passed without any increase in speed (although the higher amount was charged on the account immediately). Sales says everything is fine on their side, Technical says everything is fine on their side - all hardware working perfectly. No-one is taking any ownership of getting this fixed. Names involved are: 0 Stars. Knysna branch. Requested and paid for increase in Telkom Fiber line speed. Almost a whole month has passed without any increase in speed (although the higher amount was charged on the account immediately). MSK Contractors can be trusted to do the job right
The name is now MSK Contractors. They have done several projects for us and have always been on time and done a great job. When problems arise they are sorted out without fuss. We had one job that could have been dangerous but Shaun made sure all safety measures were in place before accepting the job - he cares for the safety of his people and customers.

Great service and peace of mind from MediPet
Absolutely brilliant. Claims process is easy, admin is efficient and the benefits are great (they have paid all my claims). Definitely worth it.
