Bought On Line , delivery promised on the 7th of July , only receive a SMS informing me that it is delayed. Called the Call Centre was told it takes 5 days , even though the delivery stated the 7th of July , Was told the call centre can not escalate at that is the process . NOT WILLING TO HELP
Logged numerous complaints here and on Twitter… all u get is the same response… the matter has been escalated… no ome calls back …. They don’t care It you read this NEVER buy any Samsung product

Bought a new top of the range inverter tumble dryer Experienced problems … logged a call with their service department… had to take videos etc of the machine while one They replied said 3 days for technician …5 days later followed up … no it’s outsourced to one of their service agents … got hold of them… no will take a week … told me Samsung is not them and they will decide when they can come…. Arrived two weeks later …/ tried to fix … left …. Still waiting… called Samsung again … oh they can get hold of the agent they will send a mail … 3 weeks now
Trying to close an account which has been paid up ---- over a month now - emails to customer care and complaints at Standard Bank just goes unaswered You will get better service delivery from Home Affairs trust me
