I am extremely disappointed with this company. I trusted them completely and felt safe driving with a dual dash camera installed. Unfortunately, I was hijacked and ****** at gunpoint, and the ********s removed the dash camera. There was no notification or alert sent to the team, and no footage could be retrieved. This is unacceptable. I was one of their biggest supporters, with five cars equipped with cameras, and now I feel completely let down and ****med.
I had a terrible experience at the Engen Northgate Convenience Centre on 9th February 2025. After filling up with petrol and forgetting to pay for an additional R100 worth of fuel, we were treated extremely poorly. Despite being regular customers and willing to settle the amount immediately, the staff and owner were unreasonably harsh. They called security and the police, causing unnecessary distress. The owner even threatened us with arrest unless we paid R500, which we didn’t have. This kind of treatment towards loyal customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

This is frustrating really I sent an in-app message while we were with the driver and were advised to follow up via email. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TO AN IN APP AGAIN WHERE WILL I FIND THIS DRIVER??? Trip Details: Driver Name: Elton 062 290 4752 (We saw this on the CCTV) Vehicle Registration: KF51WMGP (KIA PEGAS, White) Trip Date and Time: 10th September 2024, 12:11 Pickup Location: Steenbok Street Drop-off Location: Near Hassink Highway (This is where we find CCTV footages of them being dropped of and using the ****** card to make transactions at the retail shops) Payment Method: Cash (R41) (THIS IS WHAT THE DRIVER TOLD US) This information is crucial for an ongoing investigation related to an incident (CAS 110/09/2024). I kindly request the following: Trip Logs: Please provide detailed trip logs, including the route taken, duration, and any additional rides made by this user. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my case, No. 110/09/2024. Despite providing substantial evidence, including CCTV footage of the suspects, the case has been closed without any resolution or proper communication from your department. I have made several attempts to contact the number provided to me, but it appears to be non-existent. This lack of assistance and follow-up is completely unacceptable, especially given the positive leads available that could help in apprehending the suspects. The service I received from Germiston cash crusaders till date is very the poor as my complaint is handled unprofessionally. I bought a new kettle that worked for less than a month, returned as soon as I could and I was informed that they will take it to repairs which took the entire month before it was returned, Once I received the kettle from them, which was suppose to be repaired! it worked only for 2 days and had the same problem again!!! Ever since I returned a month ago I still haven't received any form of feedback, everytime i go there the manager pushes our conversation to a following week
